It will probably will see play after rotation the effect is neat, and after the year of the raven rotates decks will start looking for ok cards to put into highlander decks...
Thanks for the tips. Purrsuit of Perfection caught my interest, I love the idea and highlander like decks, I'll prolly try it when enough expansion hit and that an highlander deck has a least a bit of consistency.
I seriously hope Purrsuit of Perfection is somehow able to create it's own OTK sort of deck. This would not only be fun, but absolutely hysterical and great for the game! haha

Do you agree/disagree? As I mentioned in the video, I know there's a ton of arguments for Shadow Isles wrecking every other region, but I'm convinced that's not the case. Also, what about giving Noxus the highest combo rating? Does ANYONE else see the potential I see here!?

The Fist of Ra-den (3): While there is a lot smaller chance that this will get Ooze'd than in constructed, there is also a smaller chance you will get (good) enough spells to get mileage from this. Not only do you not get that many spells in an arena deck, plenty of shaman spells you dont want. Not to mention that shaman spells are relatively low cost because of Overload. Obviously Eye of the Storm is a dream scenario, that can happen, but i think at least for arena, this card might look better than it is.
Escaped Manasaber (4): Good 4-drop with Stealth, that alone is pretty nice. The ability is certainly a cool one, can help you accelerate your mana curve, which can help you get on top. Nothing you cant do without, but it is a nice card for sure.
This and the 10mana Spell that the shaman will get will definitely fit in to one deck. Maybe Rain of Toads and Eureka as well. I guess shamans are powercreeping again.

Escaped Manasaber has some great meme potential! I'm seeing getting windfury on this guy with Crackling Razormaw to get 2 extra mana for a turn. Not sure what the win condition will be yet, but I see potential for some fun!
The Fist of Ra-den makes a new Big Spell Shaman possible. The only reason I believed the leaks, is because of this card, and Eye of the Storm. Will it be viable? Probably not. Shaman likes low cost spells, and most shaman lists have no spells larger than 5 mana. The >5 mana options that are available?
Rain of Toads - Getting a 6 mana legendary I guess helps offset the 3 mana overload a little
The Storm Bringer - Don't think you'd run this in a Big Spell Shaman, but getting an extra 6 mana legendary along with whatever random legendary's you transform isn't bad
Earthquake - The key here is in the text for The Fist of Ra-denL "After you cast a spell", Leaving a 7 mana legendary on board after a board clear is pretty good.
Eye of the Storm - This card is honestly just bad. So let's see what 10-mana legendary's there are in standard that might help this out.
There are some good options in there, and there are some terrible options in there. I don't think any of this is enough to make Eye of the Storm playable, or Big Spell Shaman a thing.
Now sure, the tempo-loss is pretty significant if you actually play this on turn four, but suppose you wait a bit and drop this on say turn 9 alongside Hagatha's Scheme; now you're clearing the board and developing a 5-drop for 4 and the next turn you can do even nuttier things with more expensive spells, like the new 10 mana Eye of the Storm.
I could definitely see big-spell Shaman becoming a thing, it has a lot of very strong spells and control elements already.
I wonder if this will actually work. You basically pass a turn to set this up, that is no small requirement. But if you can survive the tempo loss, you might get a really nice swing turns in return.

I'm hoping that warrior card (Hazardous Captain? Captain of Risks?) is legit - maybe its my local meta but honestly 15% of my matchups this past week have been Galakrond Warlock so definitely useful to have more low-cost/low damage AOE against them.
Same with the Hailstorm elemental - Blizz just keeps printing wonderful additions to my Wild Odd Elemental DK Jaina deck - can play that and then HP one of the icicles to get a 1/1, a 3/4, and a 3/6 with lifesteal plus two of them having freeze all for only 7 mana? Yes, please!
