No he wouldn't summon a second parrot as far as i understand... Just like most elementals don't do their battlecry per elemental played last turn, except Ozruk who specifically says he does. So whether you played 1 quest or 5 it will be 1 parrot
They should be able to schedule any brawl they want at any time on internal test servers; no need to do that on the production servers.
My guess is that issue is with the client rather than the brawl itself, but the brawls uncover bugs that don't occur during normal play. Weird things have been happening ever since they upgraded Unity, such as purple keywords in the collection viewer.
I agree. Though I also wonder what internal changes/pressures are at work to cause such a drop in quality control which was usually pretty good (people mostly only notice when things don't work not when they do).
Those of us that work or worked for companies in IT related development roles likely understand it might not even be the fault of the technical staff involved if the higher ups don't give them enough staff or time to do the job properly.
Hopefully cautionary bells are sounding in the ears of someone who can do something about it.
Was there a Cthun deck that lasted past the first couple weeks of Old Gods? I seem to remember they all got pushed out of the meta pretty quickly. Galakrond is the first time since then that this concept has been pushed, only this time they seem to have succeeded.
I'm pretty sure C'Thun Warrior and Druid lasted whole expansion and everyone played them.
Thanks for the tips. Purrsuit of Perfection caught my interest, I love the idea and highlander like decks, I'll prolly try it when enough expansion hit and that an highlander deck has a least a bit of consistency.
Actually my first read from that card was not highlander, but card generation (karma mostly)
Same and with Heimerdinger. I've used this deck in previews, it was so fun to play.

Re: 'does aggro mean a lack of skill', it absolutely does not. It's a statement you'll hear a lot, though, and usually from 'Control' players who don't actually know what Control means, and who lose every game to aggro while refusing to include anti-aggro techs. Just one of the usual excuses people make for things they don't know how to handle.
Aggro vs aggro can be quite skill-testing, but people who never play aggro don't experience those match-ups. Aggro vs control often boils down to who draws better, since even if the control deck has anti-aggro tools, it needs to find them very quickly. There is a limit to how much anti-aggro tech you can run before you become powerless against greedier control decks.
I'm not sure how far I'd agree, really. Sure, some games are determined that way, but equally, that's true of any matchup. It's not like you need to find all your anti-aggro tools in every match, after all, just enough of them to turn the corner (most of the time). Also, the very fact that you've got limited anti-aggro tools is a major skill factor - knowing when to sit on your defensive options and when to rip them is important. There's also a fair bit of basic prioritisation in there - you'd be amazed how many people I see sit on cards like Baleful Banker in aggro matchups instead of ripping them on turn 2, despite playing at a level where they should have learned better long ago
In my view, Karma pre-Enlighten is actually really quite weak. Her base stats are really low for a random generation effect. The trouble is, her Enlightened effect is oppressively strong in a deck built to use it, so she's very much the late-game time burner. A hard card to balance, really, but I can't help but think she'll be far too slow in a more competitive meta (which we haven't seen up til now) - by contrast, look at the level of value you're getting from Avarosan Hearthguard at the same mana point.
I played on mobile. Only issue I got was that I killed one of the bosses but that didn't conclude the game there. I had to deal lethal damage next turn again. Other than that, it worked fine and I finished the run.
Also [Hearthstone Card (Ashe) Not Found]/Karma decks are quite good because most of Frostbite cards have additional effects if the target is already frostbitten. That deck is quite well like how Freeze Mage is. Simply tries your opponent wait until you wind your win condition.
Jinx is also quite well with Draven for the deck that has high pressure. There are cards that does something when you discard like give all minions +1 attack or summon a 1/1 or a minion that is summoned when discarded. So if you like aggro decks, you can give it a try. I also tried my Draven/Jinx deck in previews. It has good win rates too. It has also some advantages against aggro decks. My list is here; https://outof.cards/legends-of-runeterra/decks/62-super-mega-death-dravenjinx-discardaggro-deck
You can expect to build bunch of full decks with lesser playtime it seems because of Regional system. That gives the player to great opportunity to focus on the regions you want to play and I've almost done 1 region in 10 days in previews. Keep that in mind I played with 2 accounts and I would probably complete one of the regions' reward tree if i completely continue on one account.
Also you can build completely different decks with only two regions. Allegiance keyword gives some opportunities to go for a mono deck aswell and Champions have different themes mostly so that makes some diversity for even double region decks. For example; while Ashe(Freljord)/Karma(Ionia) deck is like a Freeze Mage without ramp, Anivia(Freljord)/Tryndamere(Freljord)/Karma(Ionia) deck have completely different aspects of archetypes. It is more like a ramp/combo deck.
Last time this happened we couldn't play the new brawl, but at the end of the week we got free 300g because it's like "hey, if you had played brawl, you would probably get some gold there, so here is a compensation to you!". So don't worry, this will be good!
yeaah because doing a job wrong for the many time is the same as a spelling r...... Also i am not english so its not my job to type english perfect Its blizzard job to not fail after fail after fail they get paid a lot for that ;) Also you know you dont get free pack for kiss there.....
It's very true that a card can be worse than Branching Paths and still be playable. But the cards have very different strengths: Branching Paths was over-costed but more than made up for it in versatility. Rising Winds' summon option has a fair cost, but situations in which a 3/2 Beast can really turn a game around are pretty rare.
In terms of card draw, it effectively only draws you one card, since it also has to replace itself. Unless you combine it with Keeper Stalladris or Gadgetzan Auctioneer perhaps, but no current deck runs those; decks that want to draw lots can just use Overflow.
Maybe it's playable in a deck with Elise the Enlightened, so you can avoid running two copies of Nourish and activate your highlander cards earlier. Also when you don't want to draw anymore, this card is easier to get out of your hand than Nourish, since you can spend the mana split over two turns.
Another option would be Token Druid, but I think that for slower variations Treants are probably the way to go (with Aeroponics to draw), while for an aggressive variant there are more mana-efficient options, such as Cult Master or Crystal Merchant.

2 copies were enough to summon Cataclysm with random spells from Karma and turrets from Heimerdinger. Btw someimes, you just win without Cataclysm thanks to Heimerdinger and Ezreal shenanigans.

Absolutely a must-add for my Odd Mage deck as well.
New Druid Spell - Rising Winds
Rememebr when Ancient of Lore was nerfed because drawing cards is not Druid's thing?

Flux, You should add Allegiance as a keyword here i guess;
Also if the leaks are true (probably true because one of the guy from riot responded it) Ready your attack will be "Rally" as a keyword. :)

Karma is good in some type of decks.
In ramp/combo decks for example exactly with Dawn and Dusk. Doubling spells at 10 mana is such a huge combo potential.
Her random spell generating has some potential with Heimerdinger and Purrsuit of Perfection. I can't be so sure because we don't know what top tier decks will be but Heimerdinger/Karma/Ezreal with Purrsuit of Perfection (Cataclysm) will be my first target in open beta. I have tried it in previews and had quite well winrates.
