- Eye of the Storm - Considering that dragon's pack was 5 mana summon two 5/6 with no overload, I think this poor card has been nerfed recently before release. At 10 mana its really just not good enough, but I can see this as something to be experimented upon with control shaman and King Phaoris. Other than that, its just somewhat surprising to see something like this cost 10, and overload for 3. Given how powerful shaman has been for DoD, I doubt this card will see constructed play anytime soon
- Sky Gen'ral Kragg - Lol. Wasn't expecting this. Its a mishmash of good stuff with a condition that is easily satisfied. Its not quite Questing Explorer, but better since it guarantees an effect so long as a quest has been played, not if its active. I can see why its a conditional card; its just good, flexible stuff. Summoning a 4/2 rush is already somewhat acceptable for 4 mana, but establishing a taunt as well? I can see this being auto include in quest decks. Just slightly more difficult to activate for sidequests decks, since you don't draw them on turn 1.
- Arcane Amplifier - its Daring Fire-Eater, except its now an elemental and costing 2 more with better stats. Is it good enough to see constructed? I think so, but probably less for the obvious Jan'alai, the Dragonhawk synergy, but more because its an elemental, and its not a bad one. Elemental Allies is one of DoD's best cards and yet its also one of the most unplayable, given the lack of good elementals in standard. This one makes an elemental heavy deck for mage a little less terrible.
- Rising Winds - Its a flexible card that might see a one off in quest druid. Aside from that I just don't see it. Perhaps in embiggen druid, given that its a flexible draw card and you can establish a minion at your choosing. The twinspell is what makes this playable. Its 2 mana cycle, and that's not really half as bad as it looks.
Haven't finished it yet, in part because of the iOS problems. Is there a reward for finishing the whole story (besides the single Tavern Brawl classic pack you get for finishing the very first encounter)?
In all seriousness, this is alright. It gives tons of defensiveness, but it's usually dealt with pretty easily after the turn you play - you commit your entire turn to summon some decent minions and pray your opponent doesn't kill them instantly. It's not on levels of N'Zoth or Warlock DK, but for Standard - it may be alright.
So, are we not getting hero cards for all the good classes? They mentioned 4 new legendaries, and we are sitting at 3 revealed, with only 1 hero card. I will honestly be sorely disappointed if the good classes don't get hero cards of their own to counter Galakrond.
Other than that, the cards in this set are pretty solid so far. Sky Gen'ral Kragg makes me want to try and make Hack the System Pirate Warrior work. I'm also seeing some Hunter potential... deckbuilder, here I come!
Sky Gen'ral Kragg is the best of the four revealed today. Rogue is thrilled, hunter is interested.
Eye of the Storm is very strong but slow. If rogue can blow out damage (it can and will), this will be better as a discovered spell than part of your initial build.
Arcane Amplifier seems... late? Maybe an effort to bring back Jan'alai, the Dragonhawk? Probably better in wild, as part of an odd combo deck or a Jaina DK grinder control deck.
Rising Winds seems just ok, but I don't know druid well enough to say for sure if it's worth running.
It can only hit a card your opponent can play, so this will be awkward, but maybe not as strong to see play consistently? Might be decent, if there would be a lot of combo decks, so just taking out any part of the combo in late game can be good enough. Not an obvious T3 play tho, which makes it worse.
Happy to see Sky Gen'ral Kragg climbing the ranks and being rewarded for his years of Pirate Military Service. Unfortunate acronym for their military though.
Not sure if this is a constructed card, even tho the effect stacks, so im sure someone will create a crazy combo, but an insane arena card and just overall great card for starter/budget mage decks.
Power of the Wild's Panther isn't a good early Game play because you really want that buff. This Card kind of helps with this weakness. Also, I think it's its versatility that'll cary the Card, just like Branching Paths.
Four New Card Revealed From Galakrond's Awakening, Including a Familiar Face!
Four very nice cards. Everyone is going to sleep on Rising Winds. Don't sleep on Rising Winds. It's going to be a staple card like Branching Paths.

New Shaman Spell - Eye of the Storm
Strong but slow.
Fringe-usage and Standard-only.
(Unless some crazy-nuts synergy arises)
Road to Northrend

Maybe the final Legendary will be Raffan Hero Card.
New Shaman Spell - Eye of the Storm
Spiteful Summoner Shaman anyone?

New Paladin Minion - Shotbot
This alone can hard carry the Quest. Pretty strong card.
New Warlock Minion - Chaos Gazer

Four New Card Revealed From Galakrond's Awakening, Including a Familiar Face!
With the reveal of Sky Gen'ral Kragg I don't think we should expect other Hero cards for the Explorers anymore, so yeah I'm looking forward to that.
New Priest Spell - Dark Prophecy
I want the Trollden videos already!
Eye of the Storm
"We're sorry/not sorry for Shamanstone."
New Priest Minion - Aeon Reaver
This should perform very well, i think most ppl underestimate it big time.
New Paladin Spell - Air Raid
Its a cool card to have, but nothing overly impressive at first glance, we'll see.
New Neutral Minion - Sky Gen'ral Kragg
Maybe it could enable some Tempo-Quest-Hybrids? You lose t1, but your t4 is gonna be great!
Or you could wait till t5 and play both.
New Neutral Minion - Grand Lackey Erkh
Im interested to see how will the Warlock deck fare.

New Druid Spell - Rising Winds
Great versatility with a different utility than Power of the Wild. Cool that this exists.
New Shaman Spell - Eye of the Storm
I dont see this for Shaman right now, but Mage is happy :D

Oh no! Sharkbait lost a foot?! I hadn't noticed his WoW model had a hook too. He was fine during TGT and I know I was looking after him.
New Mage Minion - Arcane Amplifier
Not sure if this is a constructed card, even tho the effect stacks, so im sure someone will create a crazy combo, but an insane arena card and just overall great card for starter/budget mage decks.
New Neutral Minion - Sky Gen'ral Kragg
Seems like almost auto-include in any (side)Quest deck except maybe combo decks. Pretty strong card.

Parrots can be evil. Just ask the one that broke up some dudes marriage... 😅
