I feel personally attacked friend, considering you downvoted all of my decks. Even accused me before of falsely advertising my decks, when I didn't list any winrates or even say the deck was powerful.
You know what other type of people were annoying on Hearthpwn? Hypocrites.
I didn't downvote your stuff
Why would you lie?
I'm looking at a terminal output right now with all your voting data. You've downvoted 14 things on the site, 9 being decks Colin wrote guides on.
That is shit we don't want to continue here and you bet is going to be actively policed. Vote harassment is beyond stupid and is the real plague of community sites.
And just so we're clear, you're not the only one who has done this. I've removed close to 600 negative votes over the past couple of days with one of the biggest offenders hitting 142 decks.
I'm not lying. I did not have a personal vendetta against anyone and I did not personally downvote anything. Why would I lie? Good question. Because I wouldn't. I think it's your job to figure it out on your end.
So hold on a second. Are you telling me the database was lying? I better put a bug report in so I can check that out /s
I hate calling people out on it but if you're going to make public statements that are factually incorrect, I don't really have a choice. Don't do it again and we're cool.

I'm not your friend, I didn't downvote your stuff, and I do believe you thought you had an awesome deck with 10 matches played. I'm not attacking you. I think you are generous in sharing your decks and don't make these silly "80% win rate" decks that are getting uploaded on here. You're responsible and your budget deck ideas are especially awesome and helpful. I have nothing against you. Why do you think I downvoted all your stuff? I have not! I did not accuse you of falsely advertising anything. I said I was tired of hype.
I do think you like picking on me recently. Why are you even interested in anything I have to say. I'm a total nobody. I really think, if you care that much about my opinion, that you should just keep on going with your deck sharing. You are not one of the "bad ones."
Have you seen the headlines with "80% win rate?" That's the shit I'm irritated with. It's harmful.
Still not getting why you think I downvoted your stuff. I actually upvoted a lot of your decks in the budget area because you have some great ideas. You do not falsely advertise and I never said you did. I said I don't like hype
Interesting. All of my decks get downvotes minutes after you angrily respond to one of my comments, and then just a few minutes ago all of those downvotes are reversed?
This site asks users to pay money or donate or whatever. In exchange, it should try to to eliminate the type of unreliable claims its deck sharers put in their posts. This isn't Hearthpwn. Make it not Hearthpwn. Make it worthy of donations by assuring the end user a certain level of credibility.
Here's the deal.
We're a community deck sharing website at the core. If you don't like that, I encourage you to use a site like HSReplay that uses pooled stats or to check out news articles that come out from us which highlight decks that are either fun or have proven records. You aren't the person the deck database is for and won't be unless we're able to collect enough of our own statistically significant data to have sortable winrates.
I don't want to enforce any sort of rules yet on what people can and cannot share at this time. People should be intelligent enough to figure out that decks can't actually have a 100% winrate, just like they should also know that a "Legend" deck doesn't actually mean anything at the end of the day since you can't actually drop out of Legend. Plus, getting super strict about stuff just makes us the bad guy. I'd rather have a bunch of chill people on the site than elitist pricks - the entire Hearthstone game is fueled on a casual audience =).
Also, we're already not HearthPwn.
We're not a sinking ship;
We're not run by people that ignore ad problems (no ads atm btw);
We're not run by tyrannical morons who will do anything to push ads ads ads;
We have one of the strongest staff teams that I'm crazy proud to be a part of (competency is amazing);
We actually have plans in place to build tools the community has desired for a long time.
We've got the support of the community because people actually know who we are.
Sure, we may lack a few features people would like, but those only take some time to build and yet we're on a path they are without a doubt jealous of.
Also, yeah, people should consider a monthly contribution on Patreon. Every dollar helps pay the server bills without resorting to ads and we're constantly making the site a better place to hang out on.
I dunno, man. I mean, I get what you're saying--I'm a little disappointed in that I haven't really found any "cool" decks on this site too--but it sounds like your post reads like a call to the outof.cards staff to police what decks show up and/or how they are described. I think all these sites are essentially crowd-sourcing the review process, and I think they are depending on that as part of their business model. (Otherwise you're looking at something like a Hsreplay model, where all the "good stuff" is pay-walled off so that they can generate an additional revenue stream beyond donations and advertisement.) That would imply its really up to us community members to be a little more disciplined, resisting the urge to give additional weight to decks from charismatic streamers or click-baity titles and instead evaluate them on their merit.
I'm not asking for a total police job. But this site would be so totally different from Hearthpwn without deck headlines like "80% winrate" then you click on it and see the person won 80% of matches out of 10 or 20 matches.
The community doesn't need to be disciplined. The community is the consumer. The content provider needs to be disciplined first. The consumer consumes the content.
I have found lots of cool decks on this site. Lots. I don't think you get what I'm saying. There are lots of awesome decks shared on here. And they are responsibly shared. There are also a lot crap posts with "80% winrate" as the headline and the deck isn't much to talk about.
I'd like there to be more awesome and less blah.
Are you feeling me now? It's not all bad. Could be better and different.
Just flipped through the first 3 pages of decks, none of them list a winrate in the title.

Wow Doomer, that is more in-depth analysis of the class than I ever expected to see, and I'm definitely taking some of your suggestions. Tactic isn't an aura effect but an effect like Addled Grizzly, but with the benefit of affecting minions already on the board when you play it. I'll update the tooltip to try and clarify this. And to answer your question about the Smasher Droid, if there are two opposite minions it targets one at random.
And here are some balance updates based on Doomer and Neoguli's advice
-Stock Up and Epic Treasure! are switching places do to the lack of Rare cards to draw in the Basic set.
-Shado-Pan Master goes down to 7 Mana and its effect now gives +2 Attack instead of +1.
-Pandaren Collector's effect now reads "After you play a Rare card, draw a card". The same effect, but more readable and helps to define Tactic as specific to minion enchantments.
-Reinforcements goes down to 2 Mana and now gives the summoned Shado-Pan Agent Taunt.
-Earthmaster goes down to 4 Mana with an edit for clarity in its Battlecry.
Curse of Rafaam I added for a bit of extra annoyance against Shaman decks heavy on Overload cards, but its more interesting use is how it can be recycled several times if there's an Augmented Elekk + Plot Twist combo while Curse of Rafaam is in hand, or how it can double-proc off Archmage Vargoth and send the opponent into a small panic.
There's not that many cards in the deck that have a lot of value combined with Archmage Vargoth. His main purpose is to give you a second Plot Twist on turn 6, but it felt like he lacked much use outside of that purpose, so Curse of Rafaam was an interesting fit to try. I like decks built around Secrets or other effects that force your opponent to play sub-optimally, and Curse of Rafaam felt like a neat thing to add!
One of my main objectives was to proc Augmented Elekk off of Plot Twist and keep expanding my deck to feel safe drawing every turn in longer matches (pretty much any Warrior!), and highlander cards would have been less likely to be able to proc :/ . Every now and then, I would get the godlike combo of Plot Twist + Augmented Elekk while the other Plot Twist was in my hand, and I could keep going in circles and (if not having finished the quest yet) getting another Plot Twist faster!
I don't have Supreme Archaeology myself, but I can confirm that the discount from Emperor or Wilfred Fizzlebang doesn't apply to the echo. Especially Wilfred is almost the same as the quest reward, so it's very likely the discount won't apply to echoes.
Only discounts that aren't tied to a particular instance of a card, like Molten Giant, apply to the echo.
Riftcleaver is a decent replacement for Rend Blackhand. Even more so in decks where you can fit in Lesser Amethyst Spellstone or lots of healing. You could use Sense Demons as a tutor and also run Aranasi Broodmother, then you are very likely to draw useful cards with it (like Betrug; I have doubts about Portal Keeper though).
Dollmaster Dorian is nice for extra Plot Twist value, plus you can combine it with Voidlord drawn by Plot Twist or Sense Demons or just by luck on a single draw.
I agree with other posters that adding Reno, Kazakus and Zephrys would help a lot. Kazakus and Zephrys are great at finding board clears, while Reno buys you time against aggro. Since you want to be life tapping a lot to find your Plot Twists, Reno is extra useful for this deck.
Is Curse of Rafaam there specifically to defeat Ice Block? Because in general I'd rather run removal like Darkbomb or Spirit Bomb or Demonwrath than hoping to stall an opponent with the curse. And there are anti-secret techs that would be more useful against other classes.
As I know form other cards with the echo effect, the discounted cost only applies on the first card played. The other cards afterwards all cost the original mana value.
What about Glinda Crowskin? If you can complete your quest and draw a big card with your upgraded hero power, she would allow you to fill your board with copies of it unless I'm mistaken.
You could also run Krul which is actually pretty good when the point of these decks are to make use of high cost cards. Demonlock has a lot of high cost cards and not to mention Betrug is a Demon so it seems like a perfect fit. Just remove some cards and add in Demons.
Lol, that's so tru though. Why not just turn it into a highlander deck with a reno, kaz, and zeph? You can still even keep the second plot twist since you'll be drawing so many cards.
Trolden's latest collection has a hilarious bit at the end of it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DFfQtXAxt5k Dude stacks up over a billion armor (check my math, not my strong suit). And then loses!
