I really like any big dude, but the 5 Health feels so bad to me. Also, bringing the warrior minion into neutral seems okay though since nobody saws it plays. Still... It's not going to see some play anyways.
I think this card is meant to create a bigger pool of reborn minions. So... there is a better chance not getting Generous Mummy from Pharaoh Cat or some generators for a reborn minion.
Need an actually good reborn minion, for paladin's quest. Maybe a tutor for reborn minions to finish the quest faster.
Wrapped Golem (1): Neutral Obsidian Destroyer that traded 2 Health for the Reborn keyword. Seems quite decent. I think i would prefer the original, but the reborn can bring a different kind of value and survivability, so im ok with the "copy" as well.
Obsidian Destroyer wasn't that good. Wrapped Golem's reborn balances out the slightly lower health (sort of makes it a 7/6). So if there's some class that wants access to a slightly worse Obsidian Destroyer, cool, they've got it. There probably isn't, though, so this is just for Arena.

There is one thing this card is missing to become actually really competitive; a Taunt. Make this minion 5/5 with Taunt and that effect, and it could be worth it to build a deck around
Basically a N'Zoth-Effekt in a spell-oriented deck should have also taunt to be competetive? Nonsense. This card will see play, if there are good decks with a lot of spells, maybe even Conjurer-Mage could possible play this, because it has a lot of spells thanks to their Cyclone.
To say that Wretched Reclaimer is "just Reincarnate for Priest" dramatically undersells how much of an upgrade this is. Priest supports the reincarnate effect much more effectively than Shaman, and for the low price of one extra mana and an irrelevant "can only target friendly minions" clause, this gets you a 3/3 minion.
I certainly can't argue that Princess Talanji fits into any good decks right now, but I think you're being a little unfair to Blizzard with respect to the support. We've seen Control Priest decks with a lot of Thief Priest tools in the past (e.g. Drakonid Operative, Entomb, and Archbishop Benedictus). Those decks tend to shine most when their tools gain them tempo and steal cards (all of the wild cards I mentioned, and in Standard something like [Hearthstone Card (Madam Lazul) Not Found] or maybe Holy Water despite its horrible cost).
There's no shortage of tools that support thieving in Priest: Thoughtsteal, Mind Vision, Seance, and Cloning Device are all tools in Standard on top of the ones I mentioned above, and there are even more in Wild. The problem with them is that they're all zero tempo, high value plays. They can work in a slow meta game, but have limited applications outside of that. And all that seems quite appropriate - if Priest got lots and lots of high tempo thief cards, they'd probably be very unbalanced (see Drakonid Operative as a prime example of this).

Unoriginal, but great in arena atleast, as the Destroyer boosted Warrior up from being the worst class to a good spot in the middle.

I think Hand Lock could use this card, cause they hold a massive number of cards everytime and the spells costs a lot for those big removals.
If you still hold those spells as warlock, you do have value if you have King Phaoris on turn 10.
