So true. The previous Blizzard reveal video could have been a lot better, if there were no sound effects and not so much overacting on behalf of Liv Breden.
Blizzard need to give these guys the resources every expansion for card reveals. They are better than their own efforts (except the song, the expansion theme tune is amazing!).
Sure, a 2/1 taunt isn't that impressive, but when I play the Betrug / Plot Twist Combo I want to a) clear the board and b) leave something behind for the next turn. Achieving b) is difficult, because in standard you are somewhat limited in your card choices... I'm currently running Cairne Bloodhoof, Mechanical Whelp and Safeguard. Bone Wraith struck me as a good idea because it helps protect Betrug and is a good card if you get under pressure before the combo is ready.
Of course you're still right about the overall competitiveness of the deck. It lacks some more control tools and a clear win condition. I tried to compensate by adding the portal demon package but that feels wrong. Let's hope for some support!
Man, that Anduin guy takes his role very seriously. And I like him. He does a wonderful job at showing people why priest is the best class and Anduin is the best hero. He loves being noisy, whenever he does something:
[edit] Wow, there are so many references in this video - Jaina's nerf, Avengers Endgame, BfA Holy Nova scene, Cataclysm (soundtrack). The music choice was outstanding, as well as the costumes. I just.... I just admire how much work and thought people have put in making this video. That channel should reveal a card every expansion and deserves all the credit it gets.
Who knew the mage gets a stronger board clear on an early turn? Sounds illegal to me. Still, this is how this expansion defines its power level. This will be such a good card for Mage since it's guaranteed to clear out most good two drops, and makes divine shield and reborn minion more useful (or let's say for now, for some specific classes like paladin and nonexistent midrange priest).
Siamet on my first thought: Nice flexible minion as 7-drop, Al'akir will surely get less play now. And speaking of mana cost, 7-Drop may seem like the Dr. doom spot, since it looks really decent. This card is going to see some play, and I predict that many new hidden cards are going to be as powerful as these cards.
I'm surprised no one is talking about this. This card should not cost 0 mana.
Regardless, Explosive Trap on steroids. Will give Aluneth mage in wild a good fighting chance against board-centric decks, which are its biggest weakness right now.
My mistake, the cost dropped off when I updated the art. Fixed now.
Two Uldum Card Reveals - Siamat (Legendary) and Flame Ward (Mage Secret)
So true. The previous Blizzard reveal video could have been a lot better, if there were no sound effects and not so much overacting on behalf of Liv Breden.
Two Uldum Card Reveals - Siamat (Legendary) and Flame Ward (Mage Secret)
Wow that reveal vid...
Saviors of Uldum - 5 Pack Bundles Giveaway
Siamat is definitely my favourite card until now, because it is so extremely flexible and can therefore be used in almost every deck.
Two Uldum Card Reveals - Siamat (Legendary) and Flame Ward (Mage Secret)

New Mage Spell - Flame Ward
Not sure Wild Mage can find room for this, but this Secret might fix the Mage vulnerability against Aggro.
If that proves to be true, Wild Secret Mage will be stable at t1 for the time being.
Two Uldum Card Reveals - Siamat (Legendary) and Flame Ward (Mage Secret)
Is Siamat the new Zilliax?
They're both flexible, neutral legendary, and come from the second expansion. I think Siamat can fit in to multiple decks as well.
Saviors of Uldum - 5 Pack Bundles Giveaway
Colossus of the Moon this card is só OP!
New Warlock Minion - Fel Lord Betrug
Sure, a 2/1 taunt isn't that impressive, but when I play the Betrug / Plot Twist Combo I want to a) clear the board and b) leave something behind for the next turn. New Neutral Minion - Siamat
Of course because you can choose.
New Neutral Minion - Siamat
Just to make sure, if played with Brann Bronzebeard it can get all four keywords, right?
Two Uldum Card Reveals - Siamat (Legendary) and Flame Ward (Mage Secret)
Secret Mage is the new Control Mage?

Shado-Pan
I'm looking forward to this one too, I like matching up card backs to deck styles. Definitely going on my thief rogue.
Medivh
Definitely the best hero card back
Overwatch
How do you get this one? I have Overwatch and have a linked account but no card back!?
The Blue Portal
I agree with Stefan, this is still my favourite card back. Plus One Night in Karazhan is one of the best adventures. Double win!

Flame Ward
Good card in wild. Not sure if mage has enough cards in standard already to make this work.
New Mage Spell - Flame Ward
All good. Glad the mistake wasn't on Blizzard's end because a 0 mana mage secret would've been broken.
Flame Ward
Could maybe see play in Conjurer’s Mage as a cheap board clear? All I know is that I don’t like it
Two Uldum Card Reveals - Siamat (Legendary) and Flame Ward (Mage Secret)
I like how Blizzard put the reveal on their channel this time to steal the ad money for themselves, nice.
New Neutral Minion - Siamat
That card isn't a "choose one", so didn't work. :)
New Neutral Minion - Siamat
Solid card for my Mage and Shaman Elemental decks. With Evocation, a good turn 5 play. But no lifesteal, so not an all-round card like Zilliax.
New Mage Spell - Flame Ward
My mistake, the cost dropped off when I updated the art. Fixed now.
Two Uldum Card Reveals - Siamat (Legendary) and Flame Ward (Mage Secret)
Why did someone already spot that...it was my mistake when updating the art. It's 3 Mana as all other secrets.
