  • How to buy the pre-order (or anything) cheaper within Blizzard Shop without any problems/illegal actions?

I guess the "Knackpunkt" ;) will be completing the payment. I tried several methods and all failed in the process of payment. Try it out and tell us if it worked

"Aside from that, the Korean shop seems to be cheaper than the Mexican. The smaller bundle is 38 Euro in Korea, 44 Euro in exico."

No, thats not true. Small Bundle is 32.16 EUR (689 MXN) via battle.net and 38.21 EUR  (819 MXN) via Play-Store so MXN is cheaper

I believe there must be a way to change country settings instantly. Otherwise, I think Argentina/Brazil/Mexico links of Blizzard Shop will be a good bet which is less risky for micro-transactions. If only there were a way to reach them... I couldn't find with all combinations I could think of :|

What do you mean with "instantly"?

Regarding Blizzard Shops: i think it is not possible to buy at the mexico store if that account is not based in mexico. The mexico shop is: https://us.shop.battle.net/en-mx

If you click that link you will probably be redirected to regular us-shop (USD). I have a mexico based (2nd-) account too and it only works to access that en-mx link if you are logged in to a MXN-Account.

Logging in both the Korean and the Mexican shop worked fine for me (German Account). I tried it out until I was asked to select which server I want to buy the package for and then quit, because I still have to check out if my bank is fine with paying Korean money. So no, no redirection to your usual shop :)

Aside from that, the Korean shop seems to be cheaper than the Mexican. The smaller bundle is 38 Euro in Korea, 44 Euro in exico.

  • Have you pre-ordered the expansion yet?

I am about to be a homeowner, so I am having to be extremely heavy handed when it comes to loosening the purse strings right now. I might get one of them but not right now, it would be nice to see more cards before I commit to emptying my wallet.

  • New Shaman Quest Revealed! - Corrupt the Waters

This is probably the best quest so far. Playing out six battlecries is not hard, and Shaman has a ton of excellent battlecries. I could easily see this slotting into just about any non-aggro Shaman deck (i.e. any Shaman deck that doesn't care all that much about turn 1), but since the payoff comes kind of late in the game, you don't need to include it. All in all, pretty good card.

The other two quests we've seen so far (Untapped Potential and Supreme Archaeology) feel a little too much like you need to build around them. Untapped Potential doesn't require a ton of work to get value, but the payoff comes no earlier than turn 5, so you need to be running the most expensive "choose" cards to see a lot of payoff. Supreme Archaeology certainly needs to be run with Plot Twist, unless they release some other similar drawing cards that do not dramatically fatigue you.

Yeah thats true. Just stay "in Mexico". I never switched back because the language setting is a different option. No need to change it back afterwards

Interesting that all 3 revealed quests so far give hero powers that replicate past legendary minions (Brann, Fandral, Wilfred). I wonder if the other 6 quests will too? It's a neat mechanic, as it is always so hard to get good value from cards like that (I don't recall Wilfred seeing much play) because you would only ever get it on board for one turn, generally. Hero powers are more sticky. Perhaps new hero power disruption? Something like Mindbreaker or Saboteur? Could they possibly print a card that actually changes your opponent's hero power? Like Sideshow Spelleater in reverse?

  • New Shaman Quest Revealed! - Corrupt the Waters

I think that's the point. DK hero powers and Baku hero powers were terrible for the game, we don't want a repeat of that.

When I go to change the country settings it tells me I can only do it once per year.

Well it was some time ago but i just followed instructions to change Play-Store-Country-Settings as explained here: https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/change-country-region-google-play-store/

I added Mexico and deleted old one (Germany). After restarting and probably reinstalling Hearthstone (cant remember) you can start hearthstone as regular and after clicking on buy the price appears in MXN.

I tried with my paypal account but that doesnt work. Creditcard (german) works perfect

You can change your Google-Play-Store Country to Mexico as well and just buy via Android-Hearthstone-App. It automatically changes currency. No need for vpn

I am doing this since several expansions

I remember of reading an article that follows the way as you suggested but I couldn't succeed of doing it. Perhaps, if you remember, you can share your trick? I would be glad to see how.

  • New Shaman Quest Revealed! - Corrupt the Waters

I disagree completely. These quests are tame in comparison.

The original quests usually had a relatively high cost to complete, but when completed tended to be so powerful they could carry a deck on their own (stressing this cause some, like the Hunter quest, sucked no matter what). These new quests have a relatively low cost to complete, but you need to have an entire deck built around the hero power you eventually get out of it, i.e. you can't just slap them into whatever class deck you play and they'll carry the game for you. You have the high up-front cost of losing a card from your starting hand AND not getting like a 5 mana 8/8 as a reward as you used to with some of the original quests. And then, after all is said and done, all you get is a hero power that you NEED to start taking massive advantage of very quickly to make up for the card advantage and tempo you lost by playing the quest.

These, so far, seem to be far from autoincludes. They seem to be fairly niche, which is a good thing, because we know how bad hero-power boosts are for the game (DKs, Genn and Baku). The worst thing Blizzard could do is to now give all the classes a bunch of cards that directly boost and synergize with the quests, and make all the classes all about their quest and nothing else. That would be a disaster for the game on many fronts. At most I'd give each class like 2 or 3 mid-powered cards that have some synergy with the quest and that's it. Hopefully Blizz has learned from their past mistakes.

  • Here's some art, make a card! [Legacy Game]

    Next Art:

Must have the word 'Coin' somewhere on the card

  • New Shaman Quest Revealed! - Corrupt the Waters

I doubt it'll work with aggro decks, especially in wild, because it takes up a card and your turn 1 play.

  • Have you pre-ordered the expansion yet?

at this point if you're supporting anything that Blizzard does, you're part of the problem

  • New Shaman Quest Revealed! - Corrupt the Waters

This hero power is legit good,  there are so many good battlecry minions with burst damage, and the lackeys makes it even better.

It might slow shamans a little but the result is still very good once you finished the quest

Midrange shamans will love this card for sure. Control shaman will maybe be a thing.

  • New Shaman Quest Revealed! - Corrupt the Waters

Definitely nice for a proactive Jade Shudderwock deck. I've often found that in control matchups, the Totem hero power was more of a liability than a benefit, as it allowed easier Defiles, Godfreys, more devastating Psychic Screams, and if the opponent was wise to what you were planning, they'd just leave the totems on the board to make your Shudder worse to play. In the end, I often ended up not using the hero power even when I had mana left over. This helps me get those Jades bigger faster so that my Shudderwock is actually treatening lethal past taunts when played. Pretty nice, and hopefully very, very niche.

  • New Shaman Quest Revealed! - Corrupt the Waters

Maybe Jade Sham in wild will be stronger, i know, even sham playing with jades, but his win condition is broken minions and super tempo, but here we can create really fast giant jades.

For standart - pretty cool with slurpers, other - not too impressive, bad thing - like all quests - you must keep it and play on first rounds, that's mean pretty weak opening hand, but control-mid sham maybe will be stronger with it, oh, and you can use it before Hagatha and 100% full clear in late game for 6 and after this, you will generate your almost infinite value with her.

PS searched all battlecry minions and found. We can make Mecha'Thun deck possible again, Mecha'thun sham played before, but with this hero power he can draw much faster almost all draw is battlecry, and Japetto will draw you 4 cards and Galvanizer will reduce 2 mana, it's still meme deck, i think, but this quest 100% sure will be ok in Mecha'Thun Sham.

  • New Shaman Spell - Corrupt the Waters

Back in un'goro I was so disappointed in the shaman quest as it was not good for typical midrange / control decks.

This the complete opposite and might be too good as others have mentioned. As primarily wild player stuff you can do with jades and this is crazy. Might make elementals good enough.

But I think people tend to forget shamans card draw problems which means you might not have enough battlecries to take advantage of. Lackeys + Cult master sounds good tho.

Think you can run this and hero hagatha too. In the end hagatha gives you alot of crap too so you are not in hurry to play it with this new better hero power. Often for me I feel like Hagatha is detrimental as I have the board and this hero power is good enough that you can wait for better spot to play hagatha.
