This is planned! I want posts that are a response to include a "In Response To User #000" with an easy link to go back and read.
It is no secret I'm a Nintendo fanboy. Whether you love me or hate me for it, I accept your decisions. I wanted to catalog all the awesome stuff Nintendo talked about today and with that, give people easy access to pre-order new titles which in turn helps support the site. I also hope that we can talk about all the announcements too.
There's a ton of stuff that came out in the direct, I'm primarily just looking at the first-party Nintendo stuff. There are a few other fan-favourites included (sorry if your favourite game didn't make the list.
Here's the full direct if you missed it

Cadence of Hyrule
Play as Cadence, Link, or Princess Zelda as you move to the beat and try to defeat an evil menace disrupting Hyrule.
Demoted from admin because you promoted an alternate site while the site was set to close isn't really anything wrong, staying with the community rather with the name...

Honestly ... I stopped actively participating in the community at Hearthpwn because it had just become downright toxic. I really have high hopes for OOC, and that perhaps with a smaller community it will be better, or at least more controlled. Obviously, I am not new to the internet ... and I do have thick skin. But there is also a point where participation stops being fun.
I was super bummed that hearthpwn was going away. Upon seeing today that its not, you would think I would be happy. But it upset me by how this has all gone down and I would rather not go there anymore. Here is to the future of Out Of Cards!
I've been following Hearthpwn for 4 1/2 years, and that's because I always liked the way it was well kept, well updated, and well managed. Now that the leadership moved over here, I'm doing the same. Here's hoping this new freedom gives you even more power to create the site the way you really want it!
Well **** them dude ... dont even bother, they removed you from a site that is closing in about 2 weeks just cuz you were promoting a new similar site so the community has a place to move on to. If you ask me sounds really mean and pathetic.
Since i discovered OOC i stopped using hearthpwn. I dont know why but i feel like this site its more easier to the eye to put it that way.
I feel like OOC its gonna be better than hearthpwn anyway so. Cheers
I've noticed that Replies are indented a bit, but between the small indent and the site's color scheme, it's very difficult to tell at a glance that a given post is a reply. I think it would scan better if the indent were increased on Replies, or possibly give them a slightly different background color/border -- just something, so that it's easier to tell just by looking at a post that it's a Reply rather than an independent post.
Hearthpwn had been a part of my life nearly every single day for as long as I can remember. Flux, you made that place what it was and I support your decisions and dedication to community. Happy to make the move to wherever you go && having Kaladin here already also makes the decision SOOOO easy. <3
Is it really worth it to run two Master's Calls along side two Trackings and two Stitched Trackers? Why not just run some other card draw instead for more tempo like Loot Hoarder? I realize that it gives more minions to discover, but I would think that still having six ways to tutor Snip-Snap would be good enough.
Quite possibly the one card from Rise of Shadows that has caused me the most anguish. A turn 4 Mountain Giant is hard enough to deal with; staring down four of them after my opponent plays Khadgar and Calling makes me want to uninstall. At least it doesn't happen every game... but when it does, hoo boy.
Right here with ya! I may not have always been the most....'in line' member of Hearthpwn (ahem.......salt thread........) but I always respected the work you and your team did and I'm happy to move fully over to outofcards.
Sorry there’s such drama on something that should just be fun. Already decided myself to join up here as I figure I would rather stick with those who made the site I really liked rather than those just buying it.
HearthPwn stays alive, yet no one actually cares
Not gonna support those guys, I will no longer visit that site.
Hpwn is dead.
