• Improved loading of our custom Fonts for a small speed increase.
• Added additional lazyloading across the site.
  • Chrome users, this doesn't help you as much as Firefox because of how ridiculous Google is with considering how far "the fold" is. Morons.

Hearthstone

• Decks
  • Deck pages now display a fourth button in the sidebar to allow you to copy a deck's image.
    • Please note that when you first save a deck this will not display.
    • Please note that when you update a deck, the new image will not immediately be available.
    • Images are queued up for processing after your deck has been saved. We can't render them during the web request - that isn't a good idea!
    • If no one else is creating decks, your image is usually created with 15 seconds of your deck being saved.

You didn't seem to receive my last Patreon pledge, though I had it confirmed as per usual via email and Patreon billing site. Something on yours or their end?

I am playing a deck with Kazakus, of course with no 4 mana cards in the deck. Usually it works well ... but ...a few games ago I played Kazakus and no golem was created ... I was puzzled ... maybe a 4 mana card was created in my deck by accident ...

Today this happened again; I double checked ... no 4 mana card was in the deck, nor created ... any idea? Tks

Today's update includes a large upgrade to our underlying site framework so patch notes are thin as most of the work is backend related.

  • Changing a deck's cards now saves a changelog and displays it inside of a spoiler on the deck details page.
    • This is NOT retroactive, only deck changes after the update will add this.
    • This tech will be applied to other game decks on the site in the near future.

And if you're not matched against that then it's Secret Libram Paladin, Control Warlock, or Celestial Druid 

I could just play those decks but it gets boring for me.

I think it would be an amazing feature to also add links to MTG cards just like it is possible now for Hearthstone and Runeterra IMO.

Are there any plans to add such cool feature in the near future? I certainly hope so.

Well, the community is quite aware of the nerf hammer coming soon to a deck near you. Yep. The Devs are pulling it out, and soon, everyone will cringe and decry all the nerfs. 

One such card (and I believe this is true) will be nerfed is: Primordial Protector. It's truly broken beyond all measure. 

Reason: Not random enough, and is too focused on the highest spell in ones deck. I'm looking at you, Druid. Yes, you. 

Clown Druid may not be played as much, but some players are catching on, and rather quickly. After Mage/Pally  get the hammer this will be the case. 

To fix this, I say the cards ability needs a change. Keep the effect of finding a spell in the deck, but change its focus to any spell in the deck. 

Currently: "Battlecry: Draw your Highest cost Spell from your deck and summon a random minion with the same cost." 

New: "Battlecry: Draw a spell from your deck and summon a random minion with the same cost." 

Cause in my opinion, PP is just too op, and definitely needs to be nerfed, and fast. Otherwise, watch how fast other decks will jump on this card. Making the meta extremely difficult to play against. 

Trying to import the using the JSON importer fails every time. Sometimes I get a cloudflare warning and I have to log back in.

I am sure that a fair amount of you is playing the Lab of Legends and that a good amount of the LoL likes a challenge and plays on higher difficulty.

I personally find it quite challlenging  to beat legendary difficulty and I have to admit that I only managed to beat legendary on Riven.

This post is about sharing Impressions of the format, own stats and strategies for different champions that help to succed on legendary tier. 

So what have you encoutered? Do think the new challenge modes are hard enough? What is your favourite LoL Champion with what build?... and how tf you carry Azir in legendary Mode?!

I just noticed the dust cost on decks is higher than expected because the free cards from the Core set are included.

I first noticed this on the deck embed on the new and returning player deck list article. I would guess this is normally not a very big problem. So if this isn't something you want to fix, it might be worth a casual mention of the actual dust values of the free decks.

As a point of reference one of the new player decks says it would cost 7140 dust, when in reality it would cost 6180 dust.

Hearthstone is getting a 10th class!

Blizzard said for years they were going to stick to 9 classes but things have changed with the release of Ashes of Outland.

I was browsing thru my collection and noticed I've got 2 Old Murk-Eyes. I think I must have gotten the second one when I was reaping all the free achievement rewards just after patch 20.0 went live. Unfortunately, no 4 Parrots, not even 2, as I still don't have Captain Greenskin from the Classic set. I'm somewhat hesitant to dust one because I'm not really sure if Blizzard knows about this already and what they'll do when they're aware of their mistake.

Anyone else got extra copies? What did you do with them?

It won’t let me disenchant Ysera. When I go to disenchant it, it says that I have a “collection management error” or something. Anyone know a fix for this?

I managed to successfully grind for legend in standard in just 2 days this season. However, my classic format rank is being displayed in my friends list. Is it a new bug or is there a way i can fix it so i can properly flex on the random people i have in my friends list?

since the new patch I am experienced a very strange behavior in the reward for playing: sometime very short games give 100+ points reward while sometimes very long games give a single digit progression reward. Has anybody experienced the same?

Blizzard recently gave out some dust in compensation for a bug with classic packs. I only opened 1 packs and got 100 dust, but today I got 700 more. I don't know why, but if they are still giving out dust does that mean I can buy the golden classic pack bundle and get extra dust? Or was this extra 700 just a fluke? I am not sure if I want to buy the bundle, but if I can farm extra dust from it then I will.

Did anybody else get extra dust today? Where did this extra 700 dust come from? And can I farm bonus dust by buying more classic packs?

I'm very happy with the results, and I wish you were as lucky.

Most users of the site probably wont notice this or care about it too much but if you spend hours deckbuilding or swapping between pages/refreshing pages you'll notice it quite a bit. Whenever you load up a new webpage there's a blindingly white blank page for just a split second. I don't know anything at all about building websites so I don't know how hard it would be to change, if it can be changed, or if it's even for just this site. It's gotten to the point where I close my eyes every time the site reloads or goes to a new page. Changing it to a darker color or just dimming it a bit would make a huge difference in my opinion. Overall the site is pretty awesome and it's my favorite place to build new decks, I'm really curious though if anyone else goes blind after doing it for too long.
