Would be nice to not create multiple threads about the same thing :)

A question I have though: Are you implementing most functions that was available in Hearthpwn?
Functions I used a lot was:

• The filters in the deck search (to find unexpected wacky decks, mostly in wild)
• Collection of my cards (so I could see what cards I was missing in a deck)
• Favorite Decks
• The defunct search filter to search for a specific boss in adventures and such

Also if you need any help with SQL I will gladly do that since I work with it daily. :) Just send me a pm.

Great work so far though! Was worried hearthpwn would leave a hole in my hearth but this has a lot of promise!

Firstly I have loved the concept of the site. Darker theme feels better than brighter one for me. Thanks for deciding to make it like that.

I would ask a question about deckbuilder.

I have no clue about web coding so I would ask is that possible to copy a deck from hearthstone and paste it to the deckbuilder for building the deck quicker.

I mean, i am asking the vice-versa of the Hearthstone deck string content.

If it is possible, it may be a good addition to deckbuilder.

Does anybody have any idea on what priest will become after the rotation? 

At the moment I only see a "value"/control direction with the spirits, the 7/8 taunt and some other big(ger) stuff. However I don't see how priest would survive in standard without the board clears. Would we use healing circle again as a 2 card board clear?

Anyway for me it's still very unclear if priest would be any good. If you have a good idea/direction let me know :-)

Hello! Just wanted to stop by on this new fancy site to say good luck from all of us over at r/CustomHearthstone on Reddit. Although we shared a lot of similar people, content, and interests, the fan creation section of Hearthpwn was still a great place to visit. I really respected the community that was built up there and all the great competitions it held. New beginnings can be tough, but they can also be a good chance to try new things and do things better, so cheers to that!

1. Now that Hearthpwn shut down, what about Innkeeper? Will this site have a collection manager that can be synchronized with it?
2. Can deck codes be inserted in the deck builder?

The lack of notification system is what killed Blizzard's official forums. That is a central function for any forum. How is the user supposed to keep up with a discussion if they don't get notifications about new replies?

Or maybe I managed to miss it, idk.

This is a deck I'm working on at the moment. I don't play a whole lot though, so maybe some of you would like to try it and give some feedback:

The archetype is powerful enough that you can win with it on ladder even if you don't manage to draw or activate Star Aligner.

There is a guide inside that describes the game plan and the card choices I made.

Besides the settled meta there are some cards which are not played that much.
The best class for shuffle synergies besides Bomb Warrior is Warlock because of Plot Twist.

There are also a lot of other cards with shuffle or "when you draw this" effects. I made a warlock deck called "Circuslock" with a small guide to showcase some of these synergies, I hope you like it and give some feedback. I think those kind of cards are very underrated in the current meta, what do you think?

Hey everyone! As we mourn the loss of HearthPwn, I've decided I don't want to see this game go. Although I joined in pretty late on the original thread, I had a lot of fun writing and guessing riddles.

For those who are new to this game, here's how it works:

I'll start by giving a riddle which describes a single specific card in Hearthstone (only collectible cards, no tokens or adventure exclusives). Then, the first person to correctly guess the card gets to come up with the next riddle! 

Now that the rules are out of the way, let's get started with something easy!

There is this deck created by created by Kibler, that runs 4 buffed cards:

After the buffs it should become better, but it is already over 50% winrate, so what do you think? Mech Paladin hype?

I actually used it a similar deck to get myself 500th win with Paladin and had around 60% winrate, albeit some of them were against Meme garbage, but still...

First time updating the site live! (Well second if you include the deckbuilder issue earlier I fixed while on stream LUL) 

Site performance has looked good throughout the day which is awesome to see. Here's the details of tonight's small update.

New Features

• Added support for RSS on news articles.
  • The main RSS feed for all published articles can be found here.
  • All "folders" of content also have RSS feeds. Here are the ones for Hearthstone and Guides.
  • Any browser addon that detects RSS will display the fact that a feed exists on those listing pages.

Changes

• The comment count on news article listings can now be clicked to jump right to the comments section for that post.

Bug Fixes

• News article listings now correctly display comment count for the article. (Was previously only working on homepage)
• Fixed an issue with the deckbuilder not allowing users to submit decks due to a bad hard-coded path. Oops!

Can we get these threads replicated from Hearthpwn? They were definitely very useful.

Wanted to know one thing: is there going to be a fan creations section (like on hearthpwn) where people can share their custom cards ? Also, what with card creation competitions (WCDC or CCC) ?

Welcome back! This serves as a changelog for site stuff that has been changed since HearthStation was shut down back in April of this year.

Changes

• Most mentions of HearthStation have been changed to Out of Cards.
• Emails from the site have been turned on and come from the outof.cards domain. (You can reset passwords now!)
• New social media links in our footer.
• We have a new temporary logo. Bye HearthStation!
• Hearthstone specific "stuff" has been moved into a "/hearthstone/" url path.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where subforums displayed incorrectly on forum listings.

Right now the deckbuilder is really counterintuitive since you can't bring up all taunt minions, all battlecry minions, all silence effects, etc. - we need some feature that either searches the cards for keywords, or lets you search for card text. (So if you search for murloc for example, all cards that has text related to murlocs show up. That way both murlocs, gentle megasaur and the curator will show up for example)

What is your opinions on the new buffs and the new legendary?  

So with the announcement of HearthPWN leaving the spotlight, I'm assuming that Innkeeper is also going to be heading the way of the dodo.

With that in mind, does anyone have any advice on a similar app that can be used to monitor your deck as you play on the desktop app vs the mobile one?

In terms of the art, audio, and animations of the card and not the power level. What cards stand out the most to you for whatever reason?

Catrina Muerte has a great intro and i enjoy when it's played on either side of the board. I made sure to get a gold copy of this because i love to play rez priest and resurrecting golden minions is awesome.

Convincing Infiltrator is another one i like the flavour of. The voice line and art is just amusing every time.

Underbelly Fence is my favourite of the rogue cards. The voice line is really good, although i am still unsure exactly what underbelly fence means.

Finally Archmage Vargoth is such a cool card. The art is bright and exciting and i never got tired of hearing 'free of that blasted tower!' repeatedly after he summons copies of himself.
