Descent of Dragons is Hearthstone's 13th expansion and is set to release on December 10, 2019.

Players who have an active Arena run when expansion launches will have their current run retired and will receive an Arena Ticket as compensation (plus any reward for current number of wins for that run).
Friendly Neighborhood Gladiator: if you do plan on leaving your run at 0-0, you might as well start two games and concede to two players, getting some positive karma :) You will get the identical rewards for 0-0 and 0-2 score.
Q: When should I start my run to receive a free Arena Ticket for a retired run?
A: Ideally several hours before the expansion launch, arena entries are generally closed few hours prior.
Q: Do Arena Tickets stack?
A: Yes. (proof)
Q: Do Arena Tickets expire?
A: No.
Q: Where are my rewards for the retired run? I opened my arena rewards but didn't get any pack or gold/dust.
A: This is a known bug, arena rewards are actually awarded to you once you finish your last arena game, before you open up the reward boxes. When an arena reset happens, it gets even more confusing because this happens on log in; sometimes you have to restart the game.
People often see (1) pack in their inventory, don't think much about it, open it and then go collect arena rewards only to find out they didn't get anything. But the fact is, that (1) pack on log in was actually the one from the retired arena run. Same with gold/dust, it was already added to your account even before you opened the arena rewards. You didn't lose anything.

So, do you have any Insta-crafts for DoD?
Any cards you are going to craft for sure, before or right after pack opening?
Cards that come on the very top of your wishlist?
These are the cards i am surely going to craft (BEFORE opening, since i am sure i want them anyway) and their main purpose:
Additionally, i really wish to drop these cards with packs, but i'm uncertain about crafting them (i'd hate to spend resources on cards that end up being unplayable for my Wild purposes):

This card can be searched but the link to the doesn't exist.
It failed probably because of the special name for this card: ". . ."
The normal card image is this:

Is there anyway to make this work?

To be able to Summon Highkeeper Ra;
Play Mogu Cultist + Embalming Ritual + Embalming Ritual + Grave Rune + Grave Rune + Holy Smite (On Mogu Cultist);
This will summon 6 Copies of Mogu Cultists on board. Now, All you need to do is playing another Mogu Cultist from your hand at exact 10 mana.
Decreasing 3 copies of combo pieces will make you be able to do this combo. It doesn't matter which you decrease. Decreasing 2x Grave Rune twice is the best and safest way because you will be able to do the combo before you draw other pieces so you won't need to decrease 3rd copy of any combo piece.
For more information and the Guide, you may visit the deck's guide.
I hope you visit and enjoy. I will probably try it in first day of the expansion if I can afford Frizz, Murozond and Kronx.

Hello,
I would love to have an option to select which game articles to be shown for me. Honestly I do not want to read something else besides Hearthstone. I would love to see the same function like on the the battlenet.app - to be able to chose which games I want to follow. It bothers me more than I would have expected.

I've built a highlander deck for rogue. I've tried highlander package on rogue last season. It had promising comboes with Zephrys The Great, Shadowstep, Spirit of the Shark but didn't go so well because of the lack of support on rogue's highlander package.
Now I'm thinking that Dragonqueen Alexstrasza + Kronx Dragonhoof + Galakrond, the Nightmare can help the deck so much with so much lackey generation of Galakrond and huge combo potential of all of the value generation cards. I know that rogue has always best lackey generation but now it is beyond best i think.
Anyways, the deck is here;

How many do you think you should usually run in your deck 4,5,6? I've just been putting four but now that im thinking about it with how slow draw can be some games that might not be enough and I probably should put 6 in some. Shaman probably only needs 4 since it has a card that invokes twice. Thoughts?

Hey, the newest set introduces many very good elemental cards for shaman and mage, which are usually my favourites, so I though it'd be cool to try them out. Both decks are rather fast and dragonless (there will be a lot of 8/8 with rush dragon counter at start of xpack probably).
1. Shaman:

This deck uses all best overload and elemental minions synergies, with Vessina and Bloodlust as possible finishers.
2. Mage:

Here we've got the new Mana Giants and Chenvaala, so a lot of cheap spells, additional spells generators and ofc more elemental minions.
How do you like it?

Warlock didn't receive any interesting cards. At least not when compared to other cards from the powercreep fiesta that is DoD. Warlock will remain the worst class for the 4 months to come and might even be completely unplayable like it was in Ungoro.
You're right that for a (too) long time Warlock was almost entirely defined by Life Tap which allowed Blizzard to not really worry about the class. Now they have to, and it's clear that they don't really know what to do with it (Paladin and Shamab have the same problem to a lesser extent). Blizzard seems to beliewed that "drawing cards" is a viable strategy and win condition on its own, but it isn't.
Crazed Netherwing is really good in a vacuum (no pun intended) but Abyssal Enforcer wans't enough to save Warlock during Ungoro...

Who's the sleeper of the set ?
Shadowstepper Keleseth is back! Even if +(1) to all minions is a greedy choice, it will definitely worth the buff in the right deck. That's why this card will push deckbuilding to the next level..
Nobody talks about this card, and how it looks like Ser Bronn of the Blackwater embracing the Scorpion ballista. But anyway, I am the only one who remembers Mech Hunters spamming hero power since turn 7!?
This card is not the Arcane Giant but stills a Giant. And, like any other Giant, it will be problematic, especially if Conjurer's Calling stills around...
Looks like a troll of the well-known 4 M a n a 7/7, but it's not. I can't wait to build a deck around this meaty bro ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
It's the 50% of a Carnivorous Cube. And that's enough to see play, I think.
Not sure if a Sleeper, because it's kinda difficult to find one in Rogue cards. But this card is not a meme. Legendaries from other classes could generate busted synergies, and it's a Discover. My new favourite (1) drop ^ . ^
When I think about this card I see Tirion Fordring in my mind. May be the real sleeper of the set...
Prepare to face 2xReno the Relicologist at (3) each. Isn't broken as Defile but stills OP for just (3)! FML
Light cost removal for heavy targets and get 2 for 1 in most situations. Really underrated card IMHO.
Dragonmaw Poacher is stealing his limelight. But hey, here we are with another controversial Battlecry. Also, with a very high power level. NVM
These are my nominations for each of the classes, and what's yours?

Do you remember this post of mine with 121 downvotes ?
Quote From Almaniarra Really !? Now they are giving old card backs ?
Wtf is wrong with you Blizzard ? It was a limited time card-back. So with this way of considering, gaining new players are better than keeping old players in hand ?
Wrong decision. I'm not happy with this reward since im a player who plays this game since beta.
Edit: Ah and don't get me wrong. Im not saying that "how dare you don't give us new stuff!?" it is about exclusiveness. Giving the season 12 card back to players who didn't play at season 12 is wrong in my opinion. That's rude to the players who played in season 12. They "gained" it by playing in that season. Now they are giving this achievement to everyone.
Rude.
Quote From Almaniarra your examples are not related with this situation. All of your examples effects the gameplay and GoW3 example is game itself.
It is a paid product without a time restriction. They didn't say they were exclusive products in release.
If you click for example Power Core cardback, you can see a sentence like "acquired from attending approved eSports event" or Frost Knight cardback iy is "Acquired from achieving Rank 20 in Ranked Play, September 2017" which are mean "You can't acquire Power Core unless you are being attended approved eSports event" or "You can't obtain Frost Knight unless you achieved Rank 20 in Ranked Play, September 2017"
So it is a time restriction, Those sentences are setting an exclusivity. They didn't set an exclusivity to wild cards before or GoW3 game before.
So, I would like to craft golden Elite Tauren Chieftain now but i can't. Guess why? There is a restriction, they gave it at Blizzcon 2013. I couldn't go Blizzcon 2013 because I am living in a different country. But I'm not begging them to activate it again. I know how it feels to have an exclusive item and i know it will be injustice to players who gets it in Blizzcon 2013.
They should have created a different version of the Ragnaros cardback for my feels. It is about what I feel, It isn't about the cardback itself, that cardback isn't even visually good. I don't care which cardback it is, I care about its exclusivity and how they tricked me by saying it is only acquireable by playing ranked in march 2015. maybe I could have played something else in that month, or I could have spent my time something else, Maybe I liked that card back so much and I renounced something else to be able to get that card back. They never know, You never know.
What I call injustice and rude is this. They stole my time.
Ah and try it in real life. Go buy a necklace for your girlfriend, and say that only she deserves that necklace, And buy 1 more and give it someone else as a gift. Make your girlfriend see that and experience what she feels.
It is worse now. Because they are giving the fucking Tyrande. They don't even consider to make new version of her to keep older Tyrande's exclusivity and giving us( who already has Tyrande) nothing !
I still think like that. Fuck you Blizzard.
I am not buying anything from you anymore (except diablo 4 maybe lol.).
They keep forgetting the old players. What did they do last time for older players ? NOTHING !
I was just looking at "My Decks" page, and realized I now have 2 pages worth of decks! It's getting difficult to search through my list of decks to find what I'm looking for. Would it be possible to…
I was just looking at "My Decks" page, and realized I now have 2 pages worth of decks! It's getting difficult to search through my list of decks to find what I'm looking for.
Would it be possible to add a Search Function and maybe filtering options to the "My Decks" page? Adding the same search and filter options that already exist on the "Hearthstone Decks" page should do the trick.

HUGE NEWS! Farewell, Sparkypants. We will miss you! [quote from="SparkyDeckard" href="https://www.reddit.com/r/elderscrollslegends/comments/e70qof/a_huge_thank_you_to_all_our_fans_from_sparkypants/"…
HUGE NEWS! Farewell, Sparkypants. We will miss you!
To all our fans,
As you may have already heard, Bethesda has shared news regarding future content for The Elder Scrolls: Legends. From the moment we were given the privilege to work on the game we have been nothing short of obsessed with making it the best it possibly could be. Completely rebuilding a pre-existing title from scratch under deadline with a new client, game server, and backend was no easy feat, with every system, gameplay nuance, animation, and visual effect having to be recreated. The result was a mad dash to initial release that was decidedly rough, but we, along with Bethesda, loved the game, wanted it to continue, and had been working heads down on a shared vision we hoped to bring to all Legends players.
Over these last 18 months the connection we experienced from the Legends community has been wonderfully uplifting. You supported us through every release and some significant bumps in the road. You challenged us when we missed the mark and that helped us to learn and grow. Nothing was more enjoyable than seeing your excitement from each expansion, feature addition, and requested quality of life change. You put a smile on our collective face every time with your kind words and passion. Truly we couldn't have asked for a better fan base. We love you.
Moving forward it is up to Bethesda to decide the shape of ongoing support for Legends. Most questions should now be directed to CVH or Customer Service. As far as the Asian version goes, while it is being built on our reworked version of Legends we've not been directly involved beyond the very occasional consultation. But we're excited to see where they take it! With that said, please know that we are still around. Some of us have moved on to other endeavors, but a core of us are still here, always open to a quick chat. <3
Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts and to Bethesda for being a great partner. It's been a heck of a time.
All the best,
The Sparkypants Team

Details for the next World Championship Qualifier for Eternal.
The road to the 2020 Eternal® World Championship continues with the second Eternal Championship Qualifier: Promises by Firelight on December 13 – 15!
ECQ: Promises by Firelight is the first ECQ of the 2020 season to use the Throne format. What decks are positioned to take on the challenge? What surprises might we see with $3,000 on the line?
ECQ: Promises by Firelight consists of two stages: Qualifiers that are open to all players on Steam, iOS, Android, and Xbox, and the Finals that will feature the Top 64 players from the Qualifiers.
Participating in the ECQ requires a registered and validated account and email address. This can be done through the Options menu in-game. We strongly encourage players to register and validate their email addresses in advance of attempting to enter the tournament.
Drop us a line at [email protected] if you need help validating.
ECQ: Promises by Firelight will use the Throne format.
All players on Steam, Xbox, and iOS or Android phones & tablets can participate in ECQ: Promises by Firelight.
The Qualifiers begin on Friday, December 13 at 10 am MST (17:00 UTC) and will close sharply on Saturday, December 14 at 4 pm MST (23:00 UTC).
No one may enter the tournament or start a new game after 4:00 pm MST (23:00 UTC).
Games in progress may be completed until 4:30 pm MST (23:30 UTC), at which time all scores will become final.
Players can complete their games at any time during the Qualifiers; there is no benefit or penalty for playing early, late, or throughout.
The Qualifiers consist of 28 games, win or lose.
The Top 64 players from the Qualifiers will progress forward to the Finals.
ECQ: Promises by Firelight costs 1,800 Gems or 35,000 Gold to enter.
The Finals begin promptly at 11 am MST (18:00 UTC) on Sunday, December 15.
Qualifying players must be online and ready to play when the Finals begin.
You will receive an in-game prompt to join your first game when the Finals begin.
The Finals are open to only the top 64 players from the Qualifiers.
Finals matches are best-of-3 games, single-elimination, played with the same constructed deck used in the Qualifiers.
There will be a short delay between the last active game in a round and the start of the next round.
All Finalists’ decklists will be published prior to the Finals beginning.
Prizes will be delivered upon conclusion of the Finals. All packs are from The Flame of Xulta.
All players will receive four alternate-art copies of Shadowlands Guide, and a special ECQ: Promises by Firelight premium card back!

So I play Wild basically exclusively. I'm not a particularly good player—the highest I've ever gotten was about Rank 10—but I still like to think I have a rough idea of how the meta plays out. I wrote all this in about an hour and then spent another hour editing it. Enjoy.
Shrubadier - 1 Star - This is just a bad card.
Aeroponics - 2 Stars - Treant Druid is bad.
Strength in Numbers - 2 Stars - Token Druid will be bad and it's anti-synergistic with current Jade Druid lists.
Treenforcements - 1 Star - Just run Living Roots.
Goru the Mightree - 2 Stars - Treant Druid is bad.
Embiggen - 2 Stars - Assuming the cost modification works on the same principle as Academic Espionage, this is counter-synergistic to Jade Druid and it doesn't fit into any other archetype.
Secure the Deck - 1 Star - Doesn't fit into any deck except *maybe* Token Druid, and Token Druid will be bad.
Breath of Dreams - 3 Stars - Highlander Dragon Druid will be a Tier 3 deck.
Emerald Explorer - 3 Stars - Highlander Dragon Druid will be a Tier 3 deck.
Ysera, Unleashed- 3 Stars - Highlander Dragon Druid will be a Tier 3 deck and you may occasionally see it in Jade Druid because some weirdo thought their Jade Idols needed help pressuring the board in the late game.
Stormhammer - 1 Star - Eaglehorn Bow is better.
Diving Gryphon - 1 Star - Hunter doesn't have enough Rush minions to justify this card.
Veranus - 2 Stars - While cool, Hunter doesn't have enough AoE to justify this card.
Clear the Way - 1 Star - This is just bad.
Corrosive Breath - 1 Star - Dragon Hunter will likely never be a thing.
Primordial Explorer - 1 Star - Dragon Hunter will likely never be a thing. Just run Spider Bomb and Venomizer and play Mech Hunter.
Toxic Reinforcements - 3 Stars - I can imagine a world where some of the more aggressive Hunter decks run this. Also fits into Spell Hunter, although Spell Hunter isn't very good right now.
Dragonbane - 1 Star - Will never hit what you want it to hit.
Dwarven Sharpshooter - 3 Stars - Every non-Spell Hunter deck will at least consider this card.
Phase Stalker - 4 Stars - Really good card in non-Reno Secret Hunter. While that deck isn't good now, I think this raises its power level considerably by greatly improving the decks consistency and early game.
Elemental Allies - 4 Stars - I find it very hard to believe 1-Mana Draw 3 will ever be bad.
Violet Spellwing - 3 Stars - At best, it's the 30th card in your Tempo Mage.
Mana Giant - 5 Stars - Better Arcane Giant.
Rolling Fireball - 3 Stars - It's a removal spell that you'll see occasionally. Weigh the pros and cons of the other removal cards around the same cost when building your deck.
Dragoncaster - 4 Stars - Huge payoff and I think Control Highlander Mage will be able to fit some sort of dragon package into a deck.
Arcane Breath - 2 Stars - Just run Primordial Glyph.
Chenvaala - 5 Stars - This card is the nuts in any aggressive Mage deck.
Malygos, Aspect of Magic - 4 Stars - Will be one of the best cards in Control Highlander Mage.
Azure Explorer - 1 Star - Just run Cosmic Anomaly.
Learn Draconic - 5 Stars - It's a 1-Mana 6/6.
Lightforged Zealot - 5 Stars - Amazing payoff for Pure Paladin. It's a 0-Mana 4/2 attached to a Truesilver Champion.
Lightforged Crusader - 5 Stars - Amazing payoff for Pure Paladin. This is a 7-Mana 7/7 that draws 5 cards.
Sky Claw - 5 Stars - AoE attack buff that also puts 3 new mechs on the board. Mech Paladin is Tier 1 deck already.
Righteous Cause - 4 Stars - Fits nicely into Odd Paladin. You don't mind playing this turn 1 if it starts in your opening hand.
Bronze Explorer- 1 Star - Every Paladin deck has better cards.
Sanctuary - 5 Stars - Every Paladin deck will at least consider this, and every aggressive Paladin deck will run this because it's a 1-Mana 3/6 Taunt.
Amber Watcher - 5 Stars - Antique Healbot sees play in Wild. This is Antique Healbot with +1/+3.
Dragonrider Talritha - 3 Stars - Might see play in Pure Paladin.
Nozdormu the Timeless - 4 Stars - This is actually very relevant for any slow Paladin deck, as all of a sudden you get access to every answer you could have to deal with Aggro.
Sand Breath - 5 Stars - I think this will be a very good card in Pure Paladin.
Whispers of EVIL - 3 Stars - Never ignore 0-Mana spells.
Grave Rune - 3 Stars - This is a very powerful effect, but I don't know if you'll see it in any deck other than Big Priest.

Murozond the Infinite - 4 Stars - Counter all the big plays by making the same big play and then also getting an 8/8.
Chronobreaker - 4 Stars - Better Duskbreaker.
[Hearthstone Card (Mindflayer Kaarhj) Not Found] - 2 Stars - This is a good value card, but I don't think it fits into any Priest archetypes.

Galakrond, the Unspeakable - 1 Star - Galakrond Priest isn't good. Just run Shadowreaper Anduin, which lets you keep all your actually good Priest cards.
Bloodsail Flybooter - 5 Stars - Really good in any aggressive Rogue deck. This includes Odd Rogue.

Necrium Apothecary - 3 Stars - This is a 5 Star card when Dane plays it.

Galakrond, the Nightmare - 4 Stars - Galakrond Tempo Rogue will be a deck and this card is incredible payoff for such a deck.

Rain of Fire - 1 Star - Just run Defile.
Dark Skies - 1 Star - Just run Defile.

Ramming Speed - 3 Stars - Sure, I guess.
Sky Raider - 4 Stars - This is a bold assumption, but Pirate Warrior might actually be a deck again.

Ancharrr - 4 Stars - Pirate Warrior is back.
Molten Breath - 4 Stars - Dragon Warrior has actually had potential for a while.
Galakrond, the Unspeakable - 5 Stars - The best Galakrond.

Evasive Chimaera - 1 Star - Build-a-Beast can't use this.
Grizzled Wizard - 1 Star - Hero Powers are expensive.
Tasty Flyfish - 1 Star - Dragon Warrior, the only Dragon deck with potential, will not run this.

Skyfin - 1 Star - Dragon decks aren't aggro decks.
Gyrocopter - 1 Stars - This doesn't have Magnetic.
Blazing Battlemage - 3 Stars - Generally 1/3 minions are better, but this isn't awful.

Parachute Brigand - 4 Stars - Pirate Warrior is back.
Troll Batrider - 3 Stars - It's OK.
Scalerider - 1 Star - Payoff isn't good enough for Dragon decks.
Evasive Wyrm - 3 Stars - Not awful.
Big Ol' Whelp - 3 Stars - Spell Damage +1 and worth more than +1/+1.
Evasive Feywing - 2 Stars - Good filler. Bad card for Wild.
Blowtorch Saboteur - 1 Star - Floaty Unseen Saboteur. Neither will see play.
Dragonmaw Poacher - 3 Stars - Tech card against dragons. Better than Dragonslayer, but still not that great.
Faceless Corruptor - 4 Stars - Big buff but you can't use it as fast face damage.
Platebreaker - 1 Star - It's a 5-Star in my heart because it means Armor Druid will never be good.
Cobalt Spellkin - 4 Stars - Lots of value in a single card.
[Hearthstone Card (Frizz Kindlefrost) Not Found] - 4 Stars - Might see play in Dragon Warrior.
Tentacled Menace- 3 Stars - Potentially a tech card for Midrange decks against Aggro decks? I don't know.
Depth Charge - 1 Star - Just run Doomsayer.
Bad Luck Albatross - 3 Stars - 3-Mana 4/3 Deathrattle: If your opponent is Highlander, win the game.

Camouflaged Dirigible - 2 Stars - Maybe SN1P-SN4P Warlock but probably not.
Kronx Dragonhoof - 5 Stars - Best card in the set.
Shu'ma- 2 Stars - Cool card but it probably isn't good.
Sathrovarr - 4 Stars - Surprisingly good in Renolock. All you need to do is get 1 big minion to stick.
Devoted Maniac - 3 Stars - Might make it into a Galakrond deck, but it will be the worst Invoker in your deck.
Evasive Drakonid - 3 Stars - Rest in peace, Soggoth the Slitherer.
Shield of Galakrond - 4 Stars - This is a really good minion in any Galakrond deck.
Twin Tyrant - 3 Stars - OK I guess.

Wing Commander - 4 Stars - This is a 4-Mana 8/5 in Dragon Warrior.
Wyrmrest Purifier - 2 Stars - Fun with Hakkar, the Soulflayer.
Zul'Drak Ritualist - 1 Star - This card is beyond bad.
So as I understand it, we might be able to choose a team to support and vote to “win” maybe. So my question is if we get to vote or something along those lines, who would you choose? …

Personally I would choose EVIL, because I feel like they have been working the hardest to get where they are in the story.

Here're mine:

I haven't played much, as you can see, but I have been fairly successful nevertheless. Not a champion at the game, but I'm happy with my 5000 rating.
