This Week's Theme: Pure Of Heart
We're looking to give people the purest deckbuilding experience possible this week - get those Neutral cards away from us!
- You must create a card which has an effect when you have no Neutral cards in your deck
- We're specifically looking for the phrase 'no Neutral' here - no getting around it with something like 'only spells'
- Your card cannot be a Paladin card
- We've seen what Paladins have to offer already - what benefits do the other classes get?

I compared design of this card to Lightforged Zealot:
Lightforged Zealot is a 4/2 (about 2.5 Mana worth of pure stats) and equips a 4-Cost weapon. The card costs 4 Mana, so you get the value of 2.5 Mana for having a "Pure" deck.
[Hearthstone Card (Dark Iron Blacksmith) Not Found] is a 2/5 with Taunt (this is worth exactly 3 Mana) and gives you 8 Armor (Steel Beetle gives you 5 Armor, but the requirement is easier to fulfil and [Hearthstone Card (Dark Iron Blacksmith) Not Found] is for a primary Armor class so the amount is bigger.). With today's power level we can assume that 8 Armor can be worth 2.5 Mana.

She helps elder Treants on their path to becoming Ancients.
I used Woodland to act as the "keyword" for "no Neutral cards" in Druid (just like Paladin uses Lightforged). Since Ashes of Outland came after the "no Neutral cards" archetype and the expansion was missing Treant synergies, this card felt like the perfect blend of both archetypes.

Only the most Roguest of Rogues have the skill to steal this loot!
I was really unsure of whether to make this 2 or 3 mana, but I settled on the slightly stronger option because although 2 mana seems a bit too cheap, 3 mana seems to expensive for it to be worth it. Since this would be the only 'no Neutral' Rogue card, I feel like it would have to be fairly strong in order to hold the archetype. Infinite value is very strong, however this is around the same power as Priest or even Rogue Galakrond Hero Power, but available earlier (which is balanced by the deck-building restriction).

Was a hard decision on whether have it pull spells from the deck or generate random spells to your hand but I feel we've seen enough of the latter. Fits into multiple archtypes of the class.

In Hearthstone, being Out Of Cards means going to fatigue which is usually a bad thing. With The Last Unicorn, I took the sting out of that and made it a win condition. This card allows you to pump up your deck with priest's great control tools and watch your opponent's slow and painful death once both decks are empty. Gang up with Galakrond, the Unspeakable for infinite reload! I've put it in Priest because they have no easy access to weapons and are a strong control class. The Unicorn makes for great purity flavor.

Arch-Villain Rafaam. The most pure form of EVIL known to Azeroth and beyond. He's also super greedy, hence the drawing until his hand is full.
This card was balanced against Myra's Unstable Element, as it functions very similarly to that with the need of a deck-building restriction.
Also, this card has excellent synergy with the Soul Fragment mechanic introduced in Scholomance Academy, being able to heal for vast amounts between draws. By itself, it is able to complete up to half of the Supreme Archaeology quest and possibly even more thanks to Soul Fragments, functioning similarly to Plot Twist in that regard.
The card also has synergy with the on-draw cards introduced in Rise of Shadows such as Aranasi Broodmother or Fel Lord Betrug.

Shandris Feathermoon allows the Hunter to upgrade their Hero Power to give them the ability to hit minions at any time giving Hunters a better control ability. She is a very notably skilled archer, and her skill in archery will be given to you when you play it. So long as you build your deck to have no Neutral cards anyway.

Herds draenei, not sheep, but "K'ure, the Draeneiherd" just doesn't trip off the tongue.
Lore: K'ure was the first of the naaru to contact Velen and introduce him to the Light. Later, they were one of the pilots of the ship that carried the draenei away from Argus and crash-landed in Draenor. The ship can still be seen as an oddly-shaped mountain in the Nagrand region of Outland.
Inspiration: I've always liked cards like Jan'alai, the Dragonhawk, or Dinotamer Brann which bring HoF'd or irrelevant cards back into the meta. Prophet Velen has always been a fav of mine, as a lover of combo, and he and the naaru seem like a perfect fit for pure Priest.
Balance: Based on Dinotamer Brann, with 1 lower mana to reflect the lower cost of Velen versus King Krush. Shifted the stats to an offensive tilt to reflect the huge power but relative fragility of the naaru. Velen is obviously a very strong card that was HoF'd for a reason, but I think the lack of card draw or direct damage in a pure Priest deck would help keep the combos under control.

Basically, after you Discover a card or Discover anything that proceeds to do something else (ex. Eternal Servitude and Power of Creation), you summon a 2/1 Scavenger. This effects lets you turn the keyword into a more tempo-oriented one, because in addition to adding the card, you get stats on the board to contest boards.

The Dark Titan Sargeras is the most powerful being that ever existed, hence the 15/15 (The Ancient One? Never heard of it). Literally the size of a planet, Sargeras is the commander of the Burning Legion. Show your devotion to him and he will duplicate all Demons in your hand, shuffle in new copies of all Demons in your deck, and summon copies of all Demons on your battlefield. With him, the Legion is endless. Note that he is not a Demon himself (despite kind of looking like one, he is not really a Demon).
Because he only copies what's already there, you need to prepare for his coming with something like an Enhanced Dreadlord on the board, and maybe use Felosophy to stock up.

Tranquility is a druid spell in WoW that can only be cast by those gifted in the Restoration spec, embracing the purity of nature, peace, and healing. It restores health to all nearby allies, and I believe this card is a decent incarnation of it.

Pit Gatekeeper doesn't like it if you're not devoted enough as a warlock! He does damage to your hero if your deck isn't full of warlock cards. It's different from other no netural cards in which the benefit is removing a drawback rather than adding an additional effect.

"You didn't really have a choice"
I chose to make this a 4 mana epic because of the strong ability to destroy and make a copy mechanism, making for a cheaper, and potentially more effective mind control that gives you time to set up your next turn, rather than an OP 1 turn steal or vying to steal the strongest minion when you are swarmed - leaving 6 mana to help save your life.It was originally a 5 mana "Destroy an enemy minion. If your deck has no Neutral Cards, choose to take control of it instead"
I wasn't sure how OP a 5 mana mind control would be, but with the drawback of a priest cards ONLY deck, plus I didn't want it to be a totally dead card in the arena with the cost and neutral minions.
I did think about making THIS version 3 mana, but the option to choose a card to copy is too strong, I believe 4 mana is a good place for this card since Shadow Word: Death and SW: Pain are now both 2 mana.
Part of the inspiration was drawn from what a priest card only deck would consist of - in which a card steal deck came to mind.I thought this would be a good workaround as it works as a good 3rd removal choice in the arena (behind SW: Pain and death), it's pretty expensive but better than not receiving a Shadow word Pain, death or Initiation.

Shadow Word: Corrupt is a removal spell for control priest with interesting applications.
Forexample, the first time you cast it, you are incentivised to use it on an opposing class minion, but if you use it on a neutral minion, you might want to wait to draw the shuffled minion before casting the second one.

"♪ We don't need no full cost minions, we don't need no Neutral cards ♪". Rulebreaker Leanna was a senior at Scholomance who decided to go Rogue and fight the system. Who needs those boring Neutral cards from the man! Why should we have to pay their ridiculous Mana costs? If you join up with Leanna and go full Rogue, she can help you pull of all kinds of combos and really stick it to 'em.

This is my take on the old Cursed! mechanic from League of Explorers. This evil little librarian is up to something, putting curses on the books! They are draining the life of the students who check them out, and what's worse... He's making it hard to return the books, even if they are overdue!
I know it's a bit wordy on the spell text but it all fit on the card and there is a lot happening. I didn't want to make it too difficult to get rid of the spell, but also not too easy. So I thought if it costs more while the Librarian is in the battlefield a player could still make trades to remove it, then play the spell for the lower cost of (2), or maybe they are okay taking some damage until they can more efficiently remove the minion to play if for (2). The other thing of course is that if it is later in the game, or if they sacrifice a few rounds of damage, the enemy may be able to just play it for the increased cost of (5), but at the lose of some or all of their turn that round.
Note: The effect is not necessarily tied to the Librarian that generated the card, so on Turn 6 (or 5 with coin) you could play two of these and then your opponent must remove both before either Cursed Book would drop to the (2) cost.
We've specifically disallowed them in the rules, but an interesting note is that as of Scholomance Academy, cards like Font of Power and To My Side! wouldn't actually meet the requirements of the competition anyway. They could still be activated while you have a single Neutral card in your deck - the Sphere of Sapience.
