Shaman is strong because everyone techs against DH. Every deck with a couple good board clears counters Shaman hard and the meta would shift accordingly when shaman becomes OP.

The HP is very similar to pre nerf Rakanishu. In other words.. pretty bad. You most likely don’t want to push it early because it’s such a high tempo loss and it’s almost irrelevant later.
