Honestly feel Twist has been handled the worst compared to all other game modes (even Mercs and that's saying something) Team 5 clearly have no interest in the mode so why even keep it around anymore?
I think it makes sense thematically as Mutalisks in SC2 would deal big damage but effectively glass cannons as they were very squishy. 2 Thor units would wipe out my horde of Mutalisks immediately
Knew it would have something to do with neighbor minions :D the Mutalisks glaive attack would bounce to other units and was so strong in SC2, would wipe out an army of Marines in seconds :D
As a Zerg main, I'm loving all these flavorful cards. Really hope we get a Mutalisk minion, let's guess that it does "Battlecry: Deal x damage to a minion and an adjacent minion"
Super hyped but also tempering my expectations as I know it's going to be brutally challenging and my theory crafted Demon witch build probably won't get that far in the campaign 😅
Do we know if POE 2 will have the same server locations as POE 1? Specifically asking if anyone know if there will be a South African server as that 9ms ping in POE 1 is glorious
Well... what an awesome way to hype up the Emerald Dream... instead of doing teasers on twitter and making the players guess and hope it's the Emerald Dream, Blizzard are just bam - here's Emerald Dream and the rest of the expansions next year.
Makes me worried they had so little content to show us at the WoW Direct that they were forced to reveal the usual stuff we expect.
Wished this was an entire expansion instead of just a mini set. There are so many iconic starcraft units in the game that might not be represented in the mini-set but still very excited for this news. Just hoping the Kerrigan hero card has some amazing effect
Glad to see it's not going to be the current standard expansions and we kinda get a sneak peak into what the meta might feel like after standard rotation next year. Pretty cool. The designer insights is a good read
Yogg-Saron, Unleashed to 10 mana. It's a little weird to see this get hit one set before rotation, but maybe they're doing it for the health of Wild.
The Yogg nerf is purely due to the bad sentiment that would be generated when your opponent mind controls your shiny new spaceship you spent 5 turns building.
I hope they redesign that ability of his. Why not take control of a random minion? That'll totally fit the yogg theme and feel more fair
It should be a standard Brawliseum. Why would blizzard give everyone a free ticket to enter then only 5% of players can build a deck?
Also seeing as most people don't buy preorders anymore, the pre-release event will be 90% current meta decks (or whatever decks are good after the nerfs this week)
Definitely a shitty idea for a pre-release expansion event
100% agree on this as I do the same. I have a feeling Blizzard caught on to this as they probably have the data on how many players save their standard packs for the next expansion. It's just one of those sneaky ways Blizzard is forcing players to buy more packs
A bit sad that I'm more exited about the wild game boards coming to standard than the actual mini-set. While Blizzard did nail the theme well, the effects of the cards are pretty lackluster and I feel they'll only see play after standard rotation next year. Only the new Zephrys looks remotely exciting. Going to save my 2000 gold and open these cards in packs instead.
Pitty there's no deathrattle effect on this cube. There's so much deathrattle support in Warlock, DK, Hunter etc but maybe that would make the card too strong. The end turn effect is immediate so maybe pair this cube with some taunts? Isn't Greybough in standard right now?
Started playing Starcraft 2 again over the weekend and fun fact, Baneling Barrage is one of Zagara's abilities in Co-op mode

Yes, more people need to make fun of Rob Fergison and his immature twitter comment. We need more Exile-like and less Diablo-like games

I feel the drop rates have significantly increased
My first legendary that I opened during the pre-release tavern brawl
Overall I opened 104 packs by expansion day, got 9 legendary cards which means 1 legendary in every 11.5 packs on average
Do we know what cards will retroactively get the Draenei tribe? Vaguely remember seeing Trinket Artist had it in a card reveal video
Ok this franchise is starting to make me feel old now...still remember the first time I played Warcraft III ...all those years ago...

Yup correct, that's how I see it as well. Which means taunts would be the best minions to keep the cube alive. Deathrattle Taunts are even better
