This will be so strong in the swarm/sacrifice DH.

If you manage to decrease the cost and slam it on t5-6 - I guess it will give you all the control you need. Good that you can't heal it as a DH. 

Pretty good single target removal. However, the problem, in my opinion, of the control decks is, that you keep some cards in your hand for a specific reason/counter, so this may pose a difficulty in activating the Outcast condition.
