I'm honestly not sure why we haven't gotten any pack handouts from Blizzard for Ashes of Outland or Scholomance Academy. When we did a giveaway during Ashes, I specifically asked them if we were getting any or if it was coming out of pocket because I didn't want to wait around for things to only happen too late. We didn't end up getting any, though it has never been expected from Blizzard. No falling out, at least to my knowledge :P. Some of the devs were even retweeting our card reveal coverage.
I've been very grateful for the support Blizzard has given us since Out of Cards launched. Whether it was through some social media promotion on a post, inviting us to be a part of the "Essentials" expansion series which saw us featured on the Battle.net launcher, or the aforementioned pack giveaways, every little bit has helped to grow the site!
I'm not aware of them getting any giveaways from Blizzard, and even if they did, I don't really care. We know we're a better resource and we have the ability to grow whereas they haven't done anything significant to the old site since acquiring it.
