I'm F2P, have been playing for just over a year, and am a fan of hunter and dragons. So, it was a delight to find this deck and only needing to craft 1 card. I played it straight to Diamond and had a lot of fun with it.
Well, I googled and search some of them (as you can see), and I don't understand any of them. So I gave up. I've been playing HS for 1 year and the clues are way beyond me. For me, personally, the fun/hassle ratio is not worth it.
There are literally 100s of comments on this! Which leads to 2 conclusions: a) I'm not going to trawl through them all for further clues and b) it is clearly popular, so don't worry about me :)
PS: This reply was tricky to find as I didn't get a notification and there's a bug with the link-back to own comments (which I'll try to describe in a report).
I think that most of these only make sense if you already know the answer. I imagine that long time players with an interested in cryptic crosswords will find it fun. Anyone else just dead-ends with something that doesn't help.
I didn't mean when you use the [ card [Hearthstone Card (] code. I meant on the card page itself. I linked to Crystology (https://outof.cards/hearthstone/cards/425-crystology). On that page, under 'Card Stats' it has the text 'Expansion: The Boomsday Project'. My suggestion is that it has 'Expansion: *icon* The Boomsday Project'.

Or maybe you are asking about something completely different? Just an overview page where there would be watermarks listed and the name of the expansion they belong to, so you can quickly identify which image belongs to which expansion?
Yeah, that was point no.3
And my 2nd point was that on this page: https://outof.cards/hearthstone/expansions/ the expansions are listed, with a title and a big thumbnail. Maybe an icon could be added next to the text there, too?
Personally, I think the overview page is probably the most useful one?
The region has been hidden in their beta version for a while (maybe a year or so), and I left feedback then that it was more of a step back than helpful.
But, I think they are more interested in people that play multiple games, not multiple regions. It is a shame, as I don't think anyone gains anything from the change, but some people will lose being able to see what region they are on (without clicking).
The main stumbling block is that he always start with dealing damage for every minion in my deck. Hence the spell druid. The hunter deck will kill me on his first spell :(
Are there any general strategies for making best use of lackeys? Such as board states to look for to decide which minion to add taunt? What spells can you get and should you look for?
Are there just too many options, or are there some patterns that you can look for an achieve fairly regularly?
It's a weird meta right now. So many decks with mulligan specific win scenarios. It is almost pointless taking part. There should be a button where the people with those decks can just have imaginary opponents. Especially murlocs and treants - they empty their hands by turn 3 having successfully randomly drawn their combo, and then draw into the next. My side of the board is pointless/meaningless.
The Dragon Boar Hunter deck might not be tier 1 - but it is great fun to play - nothing like a 4/4 (or 7/7 if you're playing scrap shot) boar OINK followed by kill command for a piggy finish.
(and there does appear to be less res priest, which is nice)
Wonderful birthday event. Congratulations on 1 year and well done on make it so much fun.

I have found a couple of times that I experience the following:
Make sense?

I found that search results will return links to staff only pages that I don't have access to: https://outof.cards/forums/staff/the-proving-grounds/2502-tavern-brawl-guide-to-northrend

Does this seem overly complex?

The spell druid decks do well against him.
Anyone have suggestions for the other classes?
I think there should be a new emote "RNG". For when that RNG goes for or against you.
Did your Rotnest Drake drake take out just the right minion? RNG!
+1
I like this idea. There might be a few decks that I don't have all the cards for. Bookmarking them later for reference or ideas could be useful.

Bladestorm does look fun. But it will only remove 1 of 6 or 7 threats.
Mhm. Can you give me some turn 4 responses to boards of 6-7 minions that are 3/3 or even 4/4?
Are there upgrade paths for this?
