Actually, I think the first pick may offer both targetable and non-targetable spells, and only if you pick a targetable spell the second pool will offer only non-targetable spells.

This card should read "Destroy the enemy minion with the lowest attack". If the opponent only has a Mountain Giant on board, it's a sure clear. It allows for more strategic play and less frustration from both players' sides. But …

I think the MtG equivalent is actually Hexproof.
Also, correct me if I'm wrong but mage is also a class without class specific taunts.

Shirvallah OTK paladin is still a good option, especially against hunters, which I've encountered a lot at ranks 10-5.
