This would actually be a really funny card in Battlegrounds. It'd probably have to be tier 5 at least, but just imagine the value you'd get from triggering deathrattles from [card]Selfless Hero[/card]es, Buffed up [card]impulsive Trickster[/card]s, [card]Voidlord[/card]s (instant triple!), [card]Ghastcoiler[/card]s, [card]Goldrinn, the Great Wolf[/card], [card]Omega Buster[/card]s, [card]Gentle Djinni[/card]s, [card]Nadina the Red[/card], and *shudders* [card]Leapfrogger[/card]s...

With some of those you …

I totally agree, but I would like to mention that the purpose for the ready button after placing your three mercs is so you can still change their positioning (which can be relevant for some abilities, to play around cleaves, etc.)

So ever since the most recent BG's patch hit I've been much more unlucky in my games than before. In my last game I was finally having a lucky game again and was setting up a very promising endgame dragon build, only to die because I lost two rounds in which I had a 1.2% and then a 4.5% chance …

Can Blizzard just drop the new patch already so I don't have to look at that fucking leapfrogger animation for 30 minutes every game because every tryhard and their mother forces this stupidly broken build?

I'm kinda sad that [card]Warden of Old[/card], [card]Iron Sensei[/card], [card]Nat Pagle, Extreme Angler[/card], and [card]Faceless Taverngoer[/card] are being removed, but all these new cards should keep things fresh for a while!

It's probably because I used to play a lot of Xerath in League and I was expecting him to be very different but I just can't help but feel disappointed by how Xerath was translated into LoR. Ignoring his lvl 3 form (which tbh also doesn't look exciting to me regardless of how strong it turns out to be) he …

I personally think it's more likely that they create new versions of existing champions, like how Hearthstone has done for a lot of legendaries like Deathwing and Elise Starseeker. I just don't see how they could possibly introduce 10 LoR exclusive champions every major expansion once they've included all champions from League, and not releasing any new champions also seems …

Now that you mention it they do look a lot like Glow Whales from Below Zero :o

First Legends of Runeterra releases a new mini-expansion along with the biggest balance patch ever and now this? Was Christmas moved to July without me knowing or something???

That Grosghiles video is just pure art.

I gotta say I did not expect the art on these skins to be this great. I love how they made pool party versions of many followers as well. I don't think that there's a high chance that followers will get their own alternate art anytime soon but who knows.

I did not need to see Draven …

I died to a 1.1% lethal in Battlegrounds

The game after that I died to a 6.4% lethal.

As if Riot's most recent balance update wasn't horrible enough, I now also continuously get absolutely fucked at the foundry encounter in lab of legends because they vomit out a full board of 1 cost bullshit on turn one next to their free professor von Yipp while even with their foundry I still draw like absolute shit (of course with …

LOVE the new Lab of Legends stuff.

The balance updates on the other hand... bleh. The buffs to Taliyah and Malphite are nice I guess and the two nerfs seem all right, but I expected a little bit more nerfs to Azir/Irelia and I also wanted to see nerfs to Thresh/Nasus and TL/Watcher combo.

Edit: I …

If they are going to implement champion skins with the event then project would definitely make the most sense since a lot of the champions currently in LoR have project skins in LoL, those being Vi, Lucian, Yasuo, Fiora, Ashe, Zed, Irelia, and the recently announced skins for Renekton and Sejuani. Pyke and Ekko could be included as well if …

Maybe they could implement being able to choose your first buff/power out of all possible ones as a separate option. So those who prefer the roguelike rng element can still pick one out of 3 options, and those who prefer to start with whatever power they want won't have to reroll so many times.

Ah okay thanks for the replies. The possibility of it being just a visual bug did occur to me but I'm not really keeping track of how many wildcards I have so I couldn't see whether that was the case or not.

So I just opened a level 13 vault but it didn't contain a champion wildcard for some reason and I also didn't get a random champion in its place (vaults of level 5-9 should contain a random champion, vaults of level 10 or higher should contain a champion wildcard instead).

Did anyone else experience the same thing?

I've mostly been playing Slay the Spire (a single player dungeon crawler like card game) and I'm replaying Sekiro for like the 7th time. Even though I mostly play normals in LoR, even there I'm getting tired of the abundance of Targon decks and the occasional TF/Fizz tryhards.

I disagree with Hush being Fast speed. Yes, it would slow down its effectiveness, but imo Hush creates the same spell speed dilema as Frostbite spells, and both effects are pretty similar. Fast speed Frostbties/Hush shuts down attempts of buffing units in combat, with those being burst speed, you can at least buff again after …
