Proof: look at the previous post, whose idea some people share: some of you guys know that the changes won't live up to your expectations (they haven't for the past 5+ years), yet you still choose to be hyped and give them your money. "Modern" mentality at its best.
There's up and down with Hearthstone I agree. And yes, It's your own opinion subjectively. But even after all that, Hearthstone still have it's enjoyable parts. This coming from a F2P player. I don't give it to hype, I only play 1-4 hours of Hearthstone per day.
But all of this hatred about hearthstone need to be directed somewhere else. There are place for that. People create an article to hear opinions to that topic only, not to hear you boast your negativity.

Back to article, I wish Hearthstone can starts raising the chances to get more rare cards when you open packs.
Easy decisions really, if you care about your cosmetics collections, you'll buy Khadgar. If you don't care about premium cosmetics at all, forget it all.
There's even a small chance in the future that they'll give it for free. (Who knows? *shrug*)

So, no Tavern Brawl this week. Instead, we get free packs, and new Legendary quest chain.
Don't put your hopes up it's Activison Blizzard we are talking about it will look good on paper but in the long run they will take more money from us if we want to continue playing.
Hey dude. Believe me or not but ATVI-Blizzard is changing. They've been kinda scared from past community issues about HK and MTX.
I expect some big news this week, something that will change the way we see Activision forever: -Probably today, they will announce a F2P Battle Royale Game called "WARZONE" -Thursday, New Year Announcement will introduce some substantial change to HS economy, aiming to improve the F2P Experience.
That's enough to think that they are shifting their business-set. And probably it's just the beginning...
How do you know that?

As well as Runettera showing that.. yes you can make the economy F2P, and be enjoyable..
in HS it's just.. you can't experiment at all... that really turned me down.. I am only doing quest to keep up with the game RN..
Even the news of W3R Pro Event is plagued by disconnects. That'll show you how bad Blizzard is right now. They're no longer the same developer who cares about the game or it's fan-based players (20 years of the best game history died just like that).
EDIT. I'll just let this out. In the next Blizzcon event, Blizzard will once again apologize for it. Mark my words.

If so, don't be too quickly to believe anything like that. Influencers tends to act like that. He said that just to encourage people, but it's so unrealistic to me. (honestly)
We can never tell if one game still gonna be popular for 10 years, with just 5 or 6 big changes. C'mon, let's be realistic. 10 years is a long time. Even 2 years is gonna be tough.
So, if we're talking about how Hearthstone wanna stay popular within 10 years, constant changes is the absolute way.
well, it's pretty general comparing to the other freeze mage, but mainly, this one is a bit harder, because of the quest thingy.
I could swap Kalecgos (main purpose is for board control) for Arcane Intellect if deck is behind the tempo, or you need that fast draw.
Mulligan for Discover Spell, always take freeze spells by any chance.
Quest can be finished together later, it doesn't have to be finished ASAP. When you have all the necessary cards, just play the Sorcerer's Apprentice along with all the summon copy spell cards, by that and spell discount of 3 or 4, the Quest itself will be completed automatically, opening your way to extra turn on the same turn you complete it.
Archmage Antonidas should always come later, since he needs 7 mana. But by the time you had the extra turn, it's already a win.
Well, I didn't say a high ranked play, just competitive enough, that you don't have to craft any cards, because it's already include most of Standard Cards.
Just like you, I like to data my pack stats too. (the only pain is to write it every time I opened 1 pack)
Lucky you getting 233 packs. Until today I've just opened 79 packs (including B'day event). So here goes.
Total Legendaries : 6. (1 golden), No Duplicate ------> 1 / 13.1 packs
Total Epics : 17 (1 golden), No Duplicate ---------------> 1 / 4.64 packs
Total Rares : 94 (7 golden), 32 Duplicates (640 dust) (EDIT. I may missed something, because I also craft it from dust).
Total Commons : 280 (9 golden), too many to write (920 dust)
Missing 10 Rares, 34 epics, 16 legendaries. (Need at least 40200 more dust to complete it all)
Complete Common cards at pack #72
The only bad side is not coming from DoD, but SoU Pack Stats. from 110 packs, I ended up with fewer Legendaries & Epics.
I got so mad getting so many standard cast from packs (4 Coms and 1 Rare, 4-5 packs consecutively and repetitive)
Big Improvements for F2P ---> Increased Daily Gold Rewards, or Higher Rewards (more packs or dusts)
Cost of the Game for F2P (Gold only) ---> Reduced Pack costs, Reduced Ticket costs or Reduced Adventures costs.
There's nothing else I can think of...

EDIT. New Archetypes usually comes in with new Mechanic unique to that year, so I think based on this, it's true.
Well, they did said something about new tribes. This is good.

Similar thing has happened in the past, and the very next day, a big patch came to hearthstone.
If it's the same, I could assume that we'll have a big update tomorrow, including the tavern brawl. (Tuesday or Thursday, I guess it's the latter)
