nope, even if it can't go face, it still can control board, get buffs (lifesteal), etc. So in this case, they shouldn't give this minion a ridiculous amount of stats or effects.
A 2 drop with rush, but dormant for 2 turns. Basically, played on curve this is very strong. Its essentially a turn 4 rush with full mana crystals to work with.
But your enemy could have filled the board earlier, leaving you nothing to defend. I know it doesn't too threatening, but 1-2 turns of doing nothing can be dangerous if facing face hunter and the like.

Basic cards can be disenchanted once they HoF'ed. They got their own rarities after HoF (Common). And then you can dust both copies of regular and golden (If you already have it by leveling your Priest Hero).
I've done it before, but I forgot. (Year of Dragon perhaps)
Mind Blast was one of em. (From Basic to Common Rarity)
It is possible that after you got all the available cards from one rarity, the duplicate protection is removed permanently (for that rarity only).
Hence, once you complete Common sets, and then nerfing happens, and you dust those nerfed cards, and then open packs, it won't give you the missing cards from Common sets you dusted earlier, because Hearthstone assumes you had complete set over Common sets already.
I know this is a theory, but it is the most logical explanation to avoid "farming" dust.
Priest card Extra Arms is crying at the corner. Those new spell buffer is too OP.
Oh my. Mage got a bundle of spells. More than other class I think. They wanna push All-Spells Deck huh?
And Control Armor Warrior is on. Oh yeah..
Cairne Bloodhoof is beaten by Cursed Vagrant. it has more value than the mana cost.
and Darkglare is basically a 0 cost Hero Power for Warlock. Hand warlock gonna love this.
One thing to note is that every class got Prime minion except Demon Hunter. I wonder why?
Thanks for all the suggestions. And since all Demon Hunter card is aggressive. I wanted to make this one similar.

Fel-Golem is it?
Nevermind. Translated too.
Can Classic Demon Hunter card have Outcast mechanic?
Nevermind, I don't read that this one excluding Basic Classic, & Outland.
Will change it after, but aside from classic, is there any expansion using Outcast mechanic?
Fluffy Knives? or Fluffy Shivarra.
EDIT. Why do I get the feeling that all Demon Hunter cards are very "Strong" and "Direct"
Knowledge is Power then
Deal 10 damage turn 4 (If Augmented Porcupine is on board). Me want it bad.
4 AM and you still working hard to update the site. Thank you for your effort Flux. Can't appreciate it enough.

As long as you don't RNG Book of Specters
No wonder they create Evocation

But we already had so many of them. Enrage, Rampage, etc. It can help aggro with it's ridiculous health.
Plus, it's always be a damaged minion right after it's battlecry.
But in the last expansion, Mech Paly really set the meta. Not Murloc. But that was just a sarcasm. Don't mind me.
We haven't see every cards from Paly Class.
1 attack 10 health body is more than what you can ask in 3 drops minions.
Great synergy with Armorsmith. Control Warrior is indeed a thing again. Platebreaker so eager to be added now.
