They're going to be playable without a doubt - it helps alleviate mana screw and flood.
Dual sided cards have existed before. There are two solutions for it - Using sleeves, or using a card representing that DFC.

The problem isn't getting Noz, the problem is that each portal animation takes half an hour to complete.
Hemmet would also kill [card]Plot Twist[/card] in Mecha'Thun Warlock, but it's still played there.
