Doesn't look great. If you play it early you want cheap minions to be able to finish the quest soon, but then the reward will be crappy. So you play it late so if you get it early it is a dead card. And it anti-synergizes with the Treant thing that some of the new cards support. I'm not sure I like where they are taking Druid this expansion.
The power level of the card is high, which will be great in Arena. Looking at the Druid cards as a whole, I am not seeing a standout deck, so I don't see where this fits yet.
With all of the dragons flying around this expansion, it looks like this will often be an 8/8 rush for 4, which is not at all bad. Even you happen not to be playing against such a deck, the stats aren't terrible so it looks like a reasonable tech card.
Well, it is cheap and gets you a lackey, but doesn't seem all that good. It would be support for cheap spell priest, which doesn't look like it will be a thing.
In the new cards I see a lot of support for an overload/burn deck. This could slot in as a finisher, activating overload effects and enhancing burn damage in one beefy go.
It clearly has tilt potential, and of course there is card draw (which your opponent is likely to be able to use first). Maybe in Holy Wrath Paladin in a weird Prismatic Lens role? Nah, it will be all about the memes!
Fun idea, but seems awkward to use. A bit like Surrender to Madness, but obviously less extreme. You'll want cheapish minions for this, but also enough card draw to get to your buffed minions quickly to make up for using a card on this (even if it costs no mana). I could imagine a successful deck built around this, but it will be tough to pull off consistently.
Blazecaller for 2 less mana and -1/-1, replacing playing an elemental last turn with overloaded crystals. Sounds like a good trade to me given all of the other overload shaman support.
Seems kinda nuts. A 4/12 not-so-soft taunt, if it is true that it works on your opponent's turn as well, as it sounds like it should. Seems like a great control warlock tool.
Like most of the Dragon synergy cards this set, the base power alone is perfectly viable. It seems like the idea is to support dragon synergy decks that don't need to be bogged down with too many dragons. So maybe a dragon/tempo mage deck?
Fun deck! Just a couple of suggestions. Plague of Flames, while good with the Invoke, isn't so great with the buffing strategy. And while I love Mal'Ganis, it feels a bit slow. And Faceless Corruptor is still nuts post-nerf, and has mild synergy with Soul Infusion. So maybe -2 Plague of Flames -1 Mal'Ganis +2 Faceless Corruptor +1 Mecharoo (sticky and Zilliax synergy).
Happy Holidays, and best wishes for 2020!

I guess it'll get rid of bombs and bloods and the like, but the cure may not be better than the disease,

Flexible, and neither option is underpowered. Treant support, token support, and an early body for Quest. Seems good.
Climbing now, but still too low (3.1). Eaglehorn Bow is a strong Arena card with no secrets, but with even a slight chance of going infinite is nuts.

Pure anti-highlander tech, so will see play if highlander decks are popular. As a minor bonus it isn't understatted.

Obviously has potential, but seems to need a slow meta, We'll see.
Cenarius maybe?
Seems ultra-strong in Arena, and pretty weird to useless in Constructed.
Shadow Bolt plus card draw (for Hunter no less!), and supports Clear the Way. Seems like Rush Hunter could be a thing.
