  • Bit interesting that it’s a passive effect rather than a battlecry. Means it’ll just get weaker the more minions you play a lot of the time. Not that great

  • Bad if you’re running a decent amount of early game, but if you run a lot of late game it gets really inconsistent. Doubt this’ll see that much play

  • There was an elemental that costed 1 more and saw play, so this definitely should see some play. The dragon requirement isn’t even really that restricting unless you’re running the bare minimum

  • Looks like the type of card you’d include to reliably activate dragon cards, should be relatively good.

  • Who doesn’t love having even more card draw with the only downside being losing 1 stat point?

  • Even if you miss out on the battlecry from a dragon it can still be nice for the big body. That alone might not be enough though, even if you could reliably draw a dragon

  • Aggressive cards like this usually manage to find a spot in a deck every now and then, it being another dragon just means that’ll probably happen sooner rather than later

  • Jeez, that “repeatable this turn” is really bad in the strea

  • Pack your bags everyone because here comes the hype train!

As a side note, you guys are sure the site can handle the sudden surge in activity from all the posts that are gonna be on the forums as the cards get revealed

I assume the Targets are random.

This is insane! Against aggro it's a boardrefill plus a 8-8 Dragon!

If you’re able to take a turn to fill your board with a bunch of small minions without actually doing anything to clear against aggro, then this card really isn’t that needed.

Apparently people are saying battlecries don’t trigger so this really doesn’t seem like anything beyond “get a slightly threatening board” most of the time

  • Looks pretty good, since you can play this on curve to basically buff up whatever token you might have from last turn

  • It should be 10-12 damage max since it does 1 damage regardless of whether you have any cards in hand. Spell damage would be pretty nice with this card, but might just die early on without helping much

  • Lots of tech cards getting printed this time around, huh? One of the stronger ones definitely, might actually see some play since there’ll probably be a few non dragon decks playing some of the stronger dragons from the expansion on their own

  • Looks really bad, and does nothing against any passives as well.

  • Looks decent enough, always nice to have a card do multiple things as well

  • Relying on a single card to make a deck good is a bit unreliable, they’d probably have to print some more stuff that liked treants for it to be any good

  • The cost increase definitely hurts, since it’ll make it harder to play multiple things a turn. Not much point in making your minions better if you can’t play any more than 1 thing every turn

  • If stuff like bomb decks end up seeing a lot of play again it could be decent, might be awhile before it gets that chance though

  • I wouldn’t be surprised if they printed some more neutral armor gain now that this exists. Sometimes when they print a weird tech card it’s cause they know something’s coming up for it to counter

I never thought they would print such a card...

I feel like they went too far with this one. It would of been fine if it was like destroying 10 armor, but all of it? High Priest Thekal finally had hope to be in a deck but now people won't want to risk getting destroyed by this thing. I'm not saying that this will ruin the meta, it's just kinda intense having a tech card that can completely destroy a class on it's own.

I am not a fan of this card at all (and I am bias since I do love playing some control Warrior).

Thekal would need to see a lot of play for this to be a relevant tech card again it. The older styles of Fatigue Warrior have been dying off lately so tons of armor gain isn’t as much of a thing other than a few specific decks.

All things considered, I really don’t think this is gonna be that great. Probably along the lines of that secret eater, a nice enough card, bit too niche to see consistent play in different metas
