I don't think it's that strong we already have a five mana burst speed spell that give two units (The Time Has Come) and it doesn't see any play. Nine lives looks only slightly better.
I second you in that, when it comes to evaluating cards or predicting future meta, most streamers have a lousy record, still I don't like that the current best region in the game is getting more strong cards.
For 6 drop that has a condition attached to it, this card sure look underwhelming. Even after it's nerf, ruin runner is still a better than this and that card don't see play nowadays need better stat line in my opinion.
With a combination of both fated and and overwhelm he doesn't need to level up to be useful and yeah hush do counter him, just at did Nasus, that did not stop Tresh/Nasus from become tier 1.
Ultimately it's going to depend on your deck building if you go all in on Pantheon then yeah, Hush/Minimorph are going to be your bane but if your deck has other win cons then those cards become manageable ( but still very infuriating ).
He doesn't look impressive at first but with his keyword combination this bad boy can reach reach some crazy stats very quickly add to that something like Dragon's Clutch or Iula and you have a scary unit for a cheap price.
I really don't like this one, it's usefulness is going to depend on the match up, if your opponent using some cards like The Leviathan or the The Dreadway this is going to be very useful but if you are facing an aggressive deck this pretty useless.
This could be a nice addition to dragons, they tend to get pretty big giving them both and overwhelm would them good finisher and spellshield would protect them from the usual counters like Flash Freeze, Stress Defense etc.
As much as I would like it we are not getting a void champ this expansion, the creature that Kennen is fighting could just be a dragon, Ionia has lot of those.
This is strong but I don't think it's as strong as everyone is making it to be like Triferian pointed out you only start getting the value on turn 5 and beyond ( Unless you cheat it with Mayor ) so that makes it to slow for the current Poppy decks. I think it will see play in midrange style deck with something like Yordle Smith
With Ahri the recall archetype seem to be finally be getting a proper win con still the mechanic do look kinda slow for the current pace of the game.
I really hope that Bandle Burn and Rally elusive get gutted during the next balance patch.

Yordle explorer is looking really strong, he is similar to Battlesmith expect Yordle have way better units than elites.
The Ionian champion is Ahri.
They did it with both Ziggs, Veigar Lulu and in the lore neither one of them has any ties to region were they are played in LOR.
He is going to be dual region with Noxus.
You get impact and you get impact... everyone get impact.
On more serious note Tristana design is finally starting to make sense.
This get one star for flavor but seriously don't run this.

Targon does have ways to give their unit's spell shield and even if he get's minimorphed you are still paying 6 mana to get rid of a 4 drop.

Well we just have two units right now and the early ones always tend to be pretty vanilla.
This new key word looks crazy especially in a region like Targon who has some many burst speed buffs
Your are right you can get a glimpse of the creature on the full art of ember monk and stormcloud that definitely look like void spawn.
