Yuumi a dual region with Targon? It doesn't make sense from a lore perspective but it does make sense from gameplay one. Yuumi is a support champion and Targon is the second support region after Ionia, plus Loping Telescope do look like it could be a Yuumi follower. Giving both Ionia and Targon track record I expect the new champions to either be Broken BS or meh.
Well if he is a champion your gonna change a couple of things. I was thinking about making him a cheaper and weaker unit with a last breath effect that upgrade his stat and ability each time he die.
My personal choice would be Commander Ledros I wanted him be a champion in league ever since he made an appearance in one kalista short story, plus he hold the distinction of being of the few epic high cost followers who is trash tier.

If you change your champion you have to have to do the same thing all over again.
I actually can't relate too well with your issues nifty that infinite value from bc is invalidating Jayce. I fact is jayce a great breaker for value battle because he allows big powerful spells like the Glorious Evolution to finally work, stopping the value battle on the spot.
Especially paired with hemi you can have your own value engine going and stop bandle city's gameplan.
We shall see if aggro will keep Jayce decks uncompetetive or if there will be a version doing fine against aggro that then has great chance to be toptier.
Wouldn't Glorious Evolution be counter productive with Jayce? The card will discount your spells meaning that you won't get the double cast from Jayce level up?
How is this an issue? isn't it great that event pass is just cosmetic because it means that if your not interested then you don't have to purchase anything? Cosmetics are just optional after all. Or did I miss your point?
It's decent if get out of Bandle City Mayor but you probably don't main deck this.
On bright side, infinite value on the other hand it's a slow engine with below average stat line. SI has better cards for the Slay package.
I suppose it better for The Bandle Tree since Bandle City Mayor can discount it giving you a recurring cheap or even free chump blocker.

I find it really hilarious when the IA smugly emotes even after making stupid plays. Like wasting valuable removal on your 1 drops.

You must increase your champions reputation. Each adventure has number that's the level of reputation needed to unlock it.
There should be an icon on upper left corner that allow you to exit the mode
