Yes finally some buffs for my boy Udyr, he was the champion that I was the most excited about from the latest expansion, unfortunately he was just too slow and fragile.
It took them many buffs but Riven and Viktor deck are finally meta, that deck is probably the best if your looking to climb, as it preys on Mono Shurima who is the most overplayed deck on the ladder. I am also happy to see Ziggs/Taliyah doing well the new landmark package was one the few good things that came out of this expansion.

You seem to think that people dislike mono Shurima because it counter Bandle City, that not true.
First thing, mono Shurima does not counter Bandle City. With the exception of Darkness control, Bandle decks are just too fast for mono Shurima.
Some players are annoyed with mono shurima because it's overplayed on the ladder, not because they like Bandle. It can be boring to face the same deck over and over regardless of it's power level.
And I said it before Mogwai and Swim were not flamed for complaining about Bandle City, your just making shit up there. The majority of the community agree with their opinion, this so called "divide" only exist in your brain :
Also out of curiosity, which kind of data set are you guys using (personally I use lor-meta and llorr-stats) because depending on the site you're using the playrate and winrates of decks may be wildly varied. But in general, Mono Shurima has 25% playrate while maintaining 49-50% of a winrate. In terms of strength, Mono Shurima is doing well in that department. Since decks with higher playrate will have a lower winrate and if it was truly a bad deck, it would not be able to maintain 50% winrate for so long despite having a ton of counters in the meta.
Is it tier 1 material? Eh, that's a bit hard to say still. Maybe in a week or so, there'd be a more defined meta and they become a tier 2 deck. But there could also be a case where the deck lists gets even more refined and goes to tier 1.
I use Runterra AR from what I am seeing the decks winrate is decreasing by the day going from 53% to 50%. It still has a high playrate tho. Around 19% last time I checked:
I said that I am surprised that people are losing to mono shurima with Ez/Cait, not that I am using said deck or that I am struggling against mono Shurima.

Seeing that mono Shurima best match up is Ez/Caitlyn has me convinced me that people just don't know how to play the game.
How the hell does a deck that run two Scorched Earth and can find extra copies with Station Archivist have only 42% percent win rate into mono Shurima?
As usual after a major patch it's better to wait after two weeks for the meta to settle before judging a deck power level, elusive Poros and Dragons were both showing some crazy numbers after they got buffed then their play rate and winrate dropped significantly.
One thing for sure, mono Shurima is no longer a meme deck.
The LOR devs have made it very clear that they want their game to be board and combat focused, pure control deck that focus on locking down or outgrinding your opponent are neither common nor very strong in this game.
With that being said if you like value oriented deck then you might find this one to your liking:
- Sticky Whump is a good card to have against aggro so I would keep it.
- I would get rid of death ray in favor of mystic shot, that card is slow and tend to mess up your draw plus mystic can go to face.
- Calculated creation is also a card that I would get rid of having to spend 2 mana+the price of the unit is huge tempo loss. Maybe use Insider Knowledge for a bit of card draw or forcing your opponent to draw the shrooms?
- I would probably remove the perfectionist in favor of either Caitlyn or a Gnar both have great statline and quick attack which force your opponent into unfavorable trades and generate extra value with traps/pockey stick they also give your deck additional win cons on level up.
Mobalytics uses deck trackers for top ranked players.

Many streamers and pro player like Sunny, FreshLobster and eMOEtional have said that Mobanalytics database is not up to date and switched to other sources. Hell even if you look at archetype section of Mobanalytics you will notice that they align with the date from of both masteringruneterra and runeterraar :
Mogwai, swim pretty much all the top players have said bandle city is a problem and they got flamed for it.
Mogwai and Swim are saying that Bandle City is a OP region that's a statement that not many are going to disagree with and they didn't get flamed for it, both of their rants on the region have been positively received on both Reddit and YT.
But more importantly saying that X region is OP is not the same as you claiming that control is dead even thought Darkness Control boast some the highest win and play rate currently on the ladder, or that champion centric decks are dead even when best decks on the ladder like Sivir/Akshan Pyke/Rek'ai Senna/Veigar Yummi/Pantheon and all the Gnar decks are using those champions as their main win con.
Anyway glad to see that you haven't changed much, coming up with inaccurate hot takes and going all passive aggressive when anyone point out your mistakes.
- The first thing we will be getting is probably new adventures for Patch of the Champions, they said in a post that it's their most played mode so it make sense to updated it.

Even without landmark removal that deck have so many removal for it's champions with cards like Ravenous Flock Noxian Guillotine and Tri-beam Improbulator.

I would have loved some buffs to Udyr and nerf to Yordles in Armes outside of that good changes.
This should make leveling some Shuriman champion like Nasus and Renekton easier. I like it.

Man, I was hoping for a hotfix nerf to Gnar. Oh well guess it time for a little break then.
