Even without having seen Polkelt, this getting rid of 3 cards from your opponents deck is potentially game breaking to any combo deck.

Not sure how this will work, but on paper does not look good. Most of the times it will probably not even kill the targeted minion?
I doubt this will be any good. Poison has never been a thing.
