Unfortunately, you can only pick one single hero portrait now even when you have met the requirements of picking two.

EDIT: Seems like they are aware of the issue and it will be fixed in waves apparently.

Sounds plausible indeed. I would still consider it a bug though, but rather a very silly and somewhat explainable one. They could easily "fix" it by simply adding a single bonus +1 level per rewards track for that cumulative level …

Yes, it is bugged and being looked into by Team 5. Aside from unable to claim any hero portrait, the calculation is also a bit off. It currently says I am at cumulative level 466, but it should be 468 …

According to this official Blizzard blog post, the seasonal ranked rewards are indeed Standard cards only. That is a bummer. Reaching at least Diamond 5 every season has become a bit less interesting now I know this 😔

Thanks! Indeed I completely finished the previous rewards track about 2½ weeks too early, before the new expansion launched. I will slow down eventually and take it a bit easier this time around though, no worries 😁
