No. The combo (in wild) also includes Shrinkmeister to change the tiller's attack to 0 so it attacks infinitely without killing anything. The problem here is clearly the immunity mechanic!
That's only the most effective version. Regis has a Warlock version that's doing pretty well, so long as there's 11 health on board for the combo (the remaining 4 comes from the speaker, for a total of 30 damage). That version can also go the combo at 10 mana, giving Immune to the Tiller and one Deathspeaker.
I played this a bunch yesterday in Warlock (no Shrinkmeister) and won a ton of games. The 1 attack on the Tiller was never an issue
Is there a reliable way to beat those OTK hysteria warlock/priest? (Or maybe just aggro them down, since i mostly play slower deck).
Best bet is aggro. I played this a bunch yesterday and only lost to Secret Mage and Odd Demon Hunter (and one mirror). Because the combo only requires 7 mana and 3 pieces (and no legendaries, so you can run 2 of each), it's frighteningly consistent. Both Mage and Hunter secrets are great at disrupting it.
This seems pretty good, but not hugely powerful. Aggro decks would love a cheap 3/2, but aggro decks don't care to gain much armor, so that 2 mana cna be much better spent elsewhere. Control decks could get some work out of it, but is it better than other weapons? You can get a 3/2 sword for free with Sword Eater.
Great card! 3 mana 3/3, plus a secret plus a draw. Only bad if you're not holding a secret. Of course, with a new secret (and a pretty good one), it's worth giving secret rogue another try.
I’m not clear on what “affected minion” means. Does the minion have to actually get some damage healed, or can it just be targted? eg If I have this on the board and use my hero power on an undamaged 1/1, does it become a 1/3?
This is my question too! I think the answer will determine just how good this is. If it works on undamaged minions, VERY good. If not, still ok.

I love this card! Fun and random, but also potentially a lot of late game value!
Insane. Like Warlock ever cares about 3 damage. Heck, he WANTS to take that damage.

This looks very good. Better than Tinker's because it's so much cheaper, and you can control which minion it hits.
