    Well I disagree.

I have 5 cards in hand, play one,  I get a body and still have 5 cards.

Then one of my cards generates two bodies. You need two cards to deal with it, or two blockers to stop them and I can block two bodies with it.

How much they cost is irrelevant to having CA or not. That's exclusively tempo. But if you don't think The Golden Sister generates card advantage. I guess don't use it?

1- Zero card advantage (its a cycle card at best. Cycle: a card that goes even by drawing just 1 card to replace itself)

Cycling is using a card to get a card. Getting a body and a card is not cycling. Otherwise, by your logic, there is no difference between "Play a 1/3",  "Play a 1/3 and draw a card" and "Discard a card, draw a card".

If you put a body in play while keeping the same number of cards in hand. You didn't just cycle.

But If you feel it's so inefficient. Why do you suppose everyone finds evoke to be so strong? Is everyone crazy?

Taking MTG as an example, Blue is unique in its capacity to generate card advantage, but that doesn't break the game because it has weaknesses too.

Blue is / was the most problematic color in MTG. The designers said so pretty clearly. They admitted it was a bad idea to make one color good at drawing cards. Because it's too good to be concentrated in one place. So they started spreading it.

but having one region be the best at card advantage is not inherently bad.

But how do you deal with this in expeditions? I tried. If I play Targon I'm ok. If I don't, I play mostly against it, and every time I run out of threats. They never run out of cards. And I've found no region that can generate enough 2 for 1's to keep up.

Most of the time, once Rahvun, Daylight's Spear is on the table it's over.

    Hello,

I can't see that Porofly has a purpose here. It seems to be there just so Wayfinder finds something. I also question the value of Ghost, since most of your guys have elusive, and it's a temporary effect.

The deck's main advantage is evasion and its weaknesses are that it doesn't deal damage very quickly, and will struggle with blocking your opponent's threats.

Lulu is good with evasive cards. But half of her value is lost, since there's nothing your deck can constantly suicide to kill enemy units, the "Vulnerable" part of "Help, Pix! won't do much for you. I don't feel there's any point to either Porofly or flower child. The fly doesn't do anything. And while Flower Child does benefit from support. You are always going to want to support an elusive card. And even if you don't. Anything can block and kill it. I think even Gift Giver or Inspiring Mentor would be better.

I would consider Mentor of the Stones or Mountain Sojourners to give the deck some more power. Sojourners only need to attack once to put you in a good position. And Mentor is like a spell that can attack and block, then gives you another spell.

Now, since you're not planning on optimizing Greenglade duo. I wouldn't bother with Kikou wayfinder, unless it fetches support guys from your deck. And the only 1 cost support is Pix!

Doesn't do enough for an 8 cost slow spell. I guess trolls will like it?

I had always assumed that the cards would have a purple border. Until I actually had one and had to check to see which was which. I almost discarded the  non-ephemeral one.

    K. I was under the impression that silence only removed text, and not attack / defense buff.

Second: Targon has 0 CARD DRAW SPELLS. I have no idea what your card advantage notion even is. The best Targon can do is cycle and stay even outside of generating Gem cards. So i think giving Targon a different mechanic like generate/replace/multiple casts instead of the standard "Draw 2" spell is a nice idea for region identity.

I play a a 1/3 blocker, that gives me a card that grants me a 4/3 life leech and a 4/3 elusive. How is that not card advantage?

I think the mechanic is pretty strong. considering that's all you see in expeditions. And if you do play expedition and decide not to go with Targon. You will get buried under their card advantage. There is no way for a deck to constantly get 2 for 1'd and win.

Even winning with Targon in expedition is not fun. It comes down to who got luckier in the mirror. And the fact that you can get a body that gives you a spell that creates a 2 for 1 is pretty stupid to me.

I can't see any reason not to use region in either limited or constructed right now. Card advantage wins games. Targon gives CA. Play it.

I mean. I'm not the game designer. And I have nothing against control decks. I like playing them.

But has anyone considered that giving control  blockers that replace themselves could be problematic? I would have expected a few of them either would have 0 power, or couldn't block. But getting chumps that can potentially kill on block, and also replace themselves with a good spell is a bit much.

When I looked at the Targon cards. All I saw was a boost to control. I did see the synergy with Noxus, but those decks will be easier to deal with than the control ones. The 4/5 is a pretty good roadblock for something that gives you a card.

And if I ever See a Taric next to a karma. I'll probably just concede.

I'm assuming that would be why an 8 defense guy would die to 6 damage.

But it's very counter intuitive since daybreak is not a static ability.

(Also, is there a way I can see celestial cards in cards menu?)

I haven't face a single Nox aggro deck since. And I admit I stopped playing mine. You think they overnerfed it?

What does "Upgrade" do in the event?

I'm afraid to click it because it feels like I'll be wasting something.

The game had a ton of keywords from the get go.  It's normal that they didn,t put everything. You must have something that will bring new stuff from expansions.

How do you even win in this mode?  I'm 0-14 right now.  What's the strategy?

edit: 2 hours later finally got a win.  This mode is stupid.

edit 2: honest to god whats the strategy here?  Just hope to get lucky?

Pretty much. I really don't see the appeal. I'll wait for gauntlet to open. Because I can't be bothered  to play more of this

Is Heart of fluff supposed to give you another heart of Fluff when it dies?

But basically, all you do is wait with Kikou lifeblade for enough stuff to die, and if there's anything you can't deal with, you make it ephemeral.

I also keep running in to this bug where Braum doesn't create poros ever. (My opponents don't seem to have any issues with him sadly)

But after my first two games. All I've had so far are Certain Death mirror. I've stopped playing. It's just too boring. I don't want to go through the motions of who gets the best draws.

    "Certain Death" forever.

I won't be touching this mode.

Basically, pick a deck that has an elusive. Keep it in hand until it's lethal and attack with it.

Pretty sure that's all we'll see while we have this rule. You should just never cast an elusive early. With 30 health it's not even worth it.
