Totem Shaman is apparently like, not bad right now, so this is actually legitimately an interesting card. I don't know enough about the deck to say if this will be good or not, but I'm definitely keeping an eye on it.
This is so simple and yet so perfect. Outcast cards are the perfect cards to tutor, because then you immediately enable the Outcast on that turn. The trick will be knowing when to play this - so know your deck inside out!
Presumably your opponent is running good cards, so this card is never bad. It's just a bit weird, and I'm not sure where I'd want to fit it in. I'll probably play it in a jank mill deck though.
This will be a staple in control decks, in spite of how clunky it is. Seriously, get used to seeing this guy, because if a Control Warrior or Paladin is in the meta, they're playing this card.
The randomness hurts it a little in some classes, but for others you can be pretty fine with any 1-Cost spell. Great in Arena, probably not really anything in constructed.
The wider your board the better the card. I can absolutely see a world where this card gets nerfed, but only time will tell if that meta will materialise. If it were nerfed, it'd probably only affect minions - that Warglaives of Azzinoth interaction looks nasty.
The best Soul Fragment generator? It's a great Zoo card, great for SF decks, it's a Demon so it can synergise with Felosophy and other cards like that. I think this card is going to be seen a lot.
I assume the minions stop attacking if the target dies, which means positioning will be very important - or you can just make sure your Ace Hunter Kreen is all the way to the right and you're good =P
All the Soul Fragment cards are good, and this is no exception. Penance but you delay the healing sounds perfectly fine to me for two classes that would love that card.
Two spells for the price of one. Goes straight into my Dragon Mage, I don't care if it's actually good or not.
This has potential, but by the time you're getting out a really big Taunt do you even care about that? Does your opponent? I'm not convinced.

Better than Elven Archer, but still not going to see any actual play. Neat little card though, I like the idea.

Big board clear for Demon Hunter, but probably not enough to push a Control Demon Hunter over just straight aggressive and midrange versions.

Truesilver Champion for Demon Hunter. Not much else to say about it, it's a strong weapon and I expect it to see a decent amount of play.

Just another solid Beast for Guardian Animals, I think. The Deathrattle synergy is also nice for Hunter - this will definitely see play.

I want to use this on Big Demons, but I think it might generally be better on smaller Demons that you can spam out. Zoo card, most likely.
"Oh no, they both die to Flik Skyshiv, the card is awful!"
Seriously though, better Alleycat is awesome and this card alone makes me want to play Deathstalker Rexxar again.
Incredibly with Lackeys and Eggs - not an obvious powerhouse but I think this will be a really solid component of a high-tier deck.
I really like this - it feels like the perfect fit for a combo Battlecry/Spell Damage Shaman deck.
Rotnest Drake is better, but this isn't bad if you want to reduce your investment in Dragons and focus more on Beasts.
