It should, based on the wording - they both list the Discard as happening first, then their effect, as opposed to something like [card]Soulfire[/card] which lists them in the opposite order.

What do you mean? I definitely didn't confuse [card]Ticket Master[/card] with [card]Fal'dorei Strider[/card], that would be silly of me!
