There is a thnig that I don't thought before. The Soul Fragment mechanic counts to te Priest/Warlock health manipulation too. If you draw a fragment with hero power, it counts as 2 interactions of changing health, so Flesh Giant for 0 on the first turns is something that could be common on some decks.

From a lore perspective is very good. The initiation of someone in the Cult of the Damned is kill something sentient. Very good flavor.

A good card for enrage damaged minions
It's a good pack filler an has potential for some buffs too
Strong play if you can use this spell and summon a minion on the same turn, crazy synergy with Lady Liadrin too
Can be a 0 mana easily on Libram Paladin, the you copy with Gift of Luminance. 8/10 stats for 3 mana.
It's super strong
I think when the new Gibberling is summoned it will have Spell Burst.
So this + Lightning Bloom x2 + Innervate x2 + Moonfire x2 will give you a full board and 6 aviable mana for Blessing of the Ancients x2.
28/28 board for a 9 card combo. Not that bad lol
