It has its potential in many decks. Can turn the tides pretty easily if done right. I think aggro/midrange decks could love this card. Cause a single taunt can be easily stolen in late games for aggro/midrange decks to find their lethal or just steal it to give your opponent even less options.
This card is probably weak against aggro/ midrange cards as they go agressive all the time though with smaller minions.
Control decks will love this card as they can abuse it against other control decks.
It might not be strong against combo decks but there is good potential to steal a minion they might need for a set up.
You can still shuffle a card after drawing Malygos and mix up the deck once again. Add a card to shuffle card(Not, Plot twist, it is for when you draw Maylgos before hand) your deck and BAM, it's random again.
I mean it is random enemy so if opponent all clear the board along with her, and your opponents gets face damaged, could be some lethal potential. it probably is crazy but if you put her on a aggro or Midrange deck I think she could do somewhat well. Maybe worth a try at least.
So if I'm not wrong the reduce cost is "perma" but only happens during your turn right? and no need for it to be on hand if I read it right unlike Jumbo Imp
I hope they change the Sacrificial Pact into higher mana cost + only minions cause I do want to play Lord Jaraxxus. Cause making it "friendly only" would suck in my opinion despite being 0 mana.
I wouldn't count this card yet, I mean Dyn-o-matic was used a lot for minion removal despite not have the rush effect by Dr boom Hero. Dealing with board might be more important than going face after all.
Stat wise for it's might not look good but I think it will see played in Certain decks.

10 mana 14/14 Taunt is a lot. I can see people play this for it's stats and double taunts.
It has it's risks but most of the times you would be happy to play this, most cards (not including silence, transform or Amazing Reno) can't destroy secondary 7/7 taunt in one go, you need at least a second card or trade it away in order to remove this one completely.

It is too strong as it is, DH will abuse this at empty hand every single time.
I am pretty sure it will be nerfed to; " Shuffle up to 4 cards in hand to deck draw 4. Outcast: opponent does the same."
Or something alike that.
That way it is more balanced like a new redraw instead of autofill your hand every time as DH
This card alone might get to be the most hated card to "play against" ever, even worse than the Jade Idol was revealed.

I can already see Mayor Noggenfogger kill the opponent with this weapon.
Broken AF, Godlike broken. Even at turn 6 it is pretty busted if you can refresh the mana.
Just looking at it gives me nightmares.

Demon hunter looks pretty good as always..... Healing will help them a lot for sure
She could summon herself x2 too which would be really bad. I am seeing meme potential.

This card seems bonkers, Could fit in any kind of deck and still be good. The downside is not that huge either.

Don't play this immediately if you top deck it for lethal damage you have on board, you will regret it for sure.
It is good to hold to prep lethal when holding it.
And best to board clear when you top deck it.

It is strong but it will lack face damage most of the times, if you aren't holding silence.
It is a strong top deck card against strong boards, still decent to destroy single minion if you hold it.
If you try to find lethal and draws this, dont play it.
I can see someone play this one by mistake and destroy his/her best board state.
