Reason is simple, it is a battlecry effect like The Darkness, the conditions is only fullfilled when the battlecry effect has been made.
since it's only mage spells it could be much stronger for those AoE spells and extra secrets.
The only weakness though is when you get draw 2 or more cards every time, specially during Fatigue, plus Burst damage at yourself or on your own board.

EDIT didn't read the card properly my mistake, didn't read the "( )" on the card, my bad. so it also does burst damage at enemy only, then it is very strong on empty board on opponents side if you do hit burst damage.
it seems bad for it's stats, very easy to trade off.
My guess is that it will be used against control decks when they are forced to use spells to remove it, still not good enough to stick to the board unless you have a taunt minion on your side or that opponent can't trade it away.
I can see what they want from this but I'm not completely sure if it will work, I feel like it should have an additional effect too, It is a legendary after all..
This would work well even if you only get low cost minions. Pretty sure you want to hit the taunt demons to defend yourself much better. Can work for very aggressive play style if you don't need to go control anymore.
if opponent has nothing on board, and you only have bad cards in your turn, this card could turn the table quickly.
The biggest meme dream would be to transform all to strong demons and have/get Krul the Unshackled in a non dup deck in wild.
Also very good when you only have "draw" cards left in hand and you don't even need to draw, specially in fatigue.
Not to mention it's "random" demons so you could get Demons from any class *Cough*Demon Hunter*Cough*
Woah revamping classes is a thing now...? hopefully it isn't just priest that gets revamped. cause almost everything is buffed in priest with some new cards included.
If they are gonna revamp more if not all classes hopefully they can help the meta in both standard and wild.
It says discover two warlcok card, so it could be a hero card too, so it doesn't seem that shabby. I can already see someone getting 4 Galakronds at least from this card
it seems oddly solid, you trade it away and buff your other minion to trade or go face without losing damage burst, if opponent kills this one first they can get punished if there are minions on board, it is indeed very aggressive.
It does have late game potential for warlock if you do go "infinite" with it, you want to Brewmaster it and/or shuffle it into your deck with Baleful Banker or something like that, Plot Twist +Augmented Elekkcould be a thing.
As long this card is in your hand/deck you can summon massive boards of lackeys
Grand Lackey Erkh will change warlock meta for sure, and I think Brewmaster would be nice to have to bounce back for more lackey generating for warlocks. I mean other classes might use Grand Lackey Erkh but I think warlock is the winner with Dark Pharaoh Tekahn, filling you board with 4/4s for 1 mana each is pretty dang good with battlecry. Warlock always lacked lackeys when playing Tekahn so this will boost them WAY more

The Dormant demons for Galakrond is bad if opponent has a solid board.
BUT, if used on an empty board it could be a different story if you get Dormant Demons.
Don't count Galakrond completely out, not to mention you can board clear with ease while they are in dormant state if you play Control Galakrond.

Murloc Paladins Rise Up
This card isn't strong alone but with all those priest cards, it makes a lot of sense. Definitely will be a core minion in future Mid-range decks.

They should add another mode where they can rotate the most broken cards from wild into that mode.
I'm pretty sure there are many broken cards right now at wild that are no fun.

Feels like we might get 3 cards per class, which is 27.
cause we do have revealed cards with mixed rarities right now
1 legendary, 1 common and 1 rare/epic
and 8 cards is neutral

No, Freeze is not a new keyword, it exist on Mage and Shaman and some neutral cards

I'm still confused how reno's battlecry actually does, I wish they at least could show us a clip of how it works.
The wording is confusing sometimes.
Whenever new text comes up it is always confusing, they should at least have a clip to show what they actually do.
