Yeah it was one of the dumbest things ever said out of the mouths of the hearthstone team. It makes sense why marvel snap is such an easy to digest game lolol.
I love it though it’s not quite on the levels of diablo’s don’t you guys have phones but it’s damn up there. Oh and WoW Classics “you think you do but you don’t”. It’s a whole era of blizzard blunders and I’m so here to reminisce lol

Checking in for more gold. I want to buy all items in the site shop, but I need like 45,900 gold. I have 455 right now.

Still contributing nothing of value. Staff still don't seem to care. (Probably because it's confined to this thread.)
It seems one can find random gear around the site, let's see how much it affects the boss damage...
I'd be curious to know which class did everyone pick for their character and how their workshop skills are progressing.
My blacksmithing is already 40+ so I could make iron gear for any warriors out there if they so wish. I'm yet to fully commit to a class but didn't plan on being a warrior.
Blacksmithing has definitely been the easiest profession to level with all the ores easily available.
My decision of not going warrior has definitely been tested as I happened to find an epic weapon but I will resist...I think.
I did find out after leaving that comment that you can see class and even items of the person in question on their profile page. Unless it's a staff thing, in which case you should forget everything I just said.
Haven't found a lot of warriors so far.
Started Archer, but could craft nuthin' and had a really nice sword, so ended up Warrior.
I went mage because I figured more people would play Warriors. I'm 36 on my loom and 37 on my forge.

And yeah, I can see your class and equipment and so on. And you can see how poorly equipped I am.

Dear Diary: I somehow feel my energy levels have shifted. While a few days ago I was just waiting for an opportunity to fish or mine, now I feel drained after just a few caught fish. At least I can fight some dust bunnies in the parking lot.
I want free gold. I'll settle for 3359 damage.
I don’t yet see where the fighting experience is going. Like mining or fishing levels that skill, and you get stuff for the fight, but what are you making progress towards now?
The xp gained from fights goes to your site level xp bar. Your site level, in turn, scales up the damage you deal with your character in all fights (boss and venture).
Plus the loot you get will help a lot with your profession if you choose wisely.
Ah, thanks for the update. I know that better mining led to more stuff and more variety but didn’t see how XP would keep the money and supplies rolling in.
Is going for the 50% bonus bounty zone better than more attacks in the less energy intensive locations?
If you don't care about the sort of loot you get, I believe it is. I'm aiming for Cobalt so there is a limited number of fights that can give that to me, but occasionally I just fight those 50% bonus or lvl 40+ fights for the xp.
If anyone happens to gain plenty of Cobalt using this information, they are required to pay me royalties (in Cobalt, naturally).
Basically any fight with “Construct”-type enemies has a 35% chance of dropping some Cobalt, if Bestiary is to be believed (my Cobalt-rate from those matches is probably slightly lower but close). Those include:
· Overstuffed Satchel in The Waystone
· Sockpuppet in Gossip Row
· Tome Mimic in The Scriveners’ Stacks
· Claw Machine in Neon Hollow
· Present Mimic in The Wishing Well
· Collector’s Edition Mimic in The Hall of Cartridges
· Patch Scarecrow in The Pumpkin Patch
It seems the database now tells you everything you need to know about every item, but I still want my royalties.
So, another boss to kill.

Dear diary: I stil feel weird about my energy meter. Seeing a fallen tree on a random page isn't rewarding when I'm exhausted. Well, as long as my energy isn't used for other activities I guess I have to be okay about it.

Dear Diary, I went into a maze today and found nothing but walls. Some of them were blue and there were two exits which lead to nowhere. Other than that nothing to be found.

Gold +5. I was worried I wouldn't get the 2000 ectoplasm I need for the last shop item in time. After checking, I can confidently say my fears were misplaced. Just gotta keep chucking that ooze.
Edit: Okay, the lag problem is this thread. Why the fuck are all comments on one page? I think we need to make a new thread. Maybe do that every two weeks.

Anyone calculate the odds we get the spider in time?
I don't remember exactly when the fight started but I believe we've been behind the schedule for most of the fight. Leveling up, gearing up and getting some extra swings with battle stew will accelerate the process a bit though, hopefully enough. But on the other hand, getting those camp and militia levels up has slowed down a lot.
The trebuchet damage, which was quite nice in the first two fights, has also felt like a lot smaller contribution now that the boss Health is 6x the previous one.
Am I the only one experiencing this? My keystrokes are taking like a few hundred ms just to register when typing a comment.
Dear Diary: I'm still shaking.
Yesterday I followed the standard tactic of keeping the wall to the right of me for the whole time. This helped me find two other exits and get back to where I came from. But it made me miss... A huge creepy spider in the middle of the maze! I ran as fast as I could, desoriented and scared. Did I walk past her yesterday without knowing???
I'm making a bold choice today and talking about Hearthstone here. What do people think about the new Assemble mechanic? I thought it was going to be awesome, but testing it on Tavern Brawl has been disappointing. You only get to make one edit, and often you get trash. But then sometimes something totally broken comes up. My opponent once got a Power Tiger that replicated itself at the start of every turn. I died.
There are definitely options that are way more powerful than others. It seems really cool, but I think after a couple of weeks the current pool of options will be "solved" where certain combinations are identified as the ones to take (a little like Deathstalker Rexxar's Hero Power and Vicious Scalehide) so here's hoping they commit to updating and/or changing the pool.

dear diary: I ALSO seemed to miss all the others in the maze, shootinhg with trebuchets and hitting the spider with their weapons. Maybe it was the darkness or my ADHD, either way I should check with a doctor (especially after the fight with this beast)

I would need the Venture RNG to smile upon me just enough to get a couple more Cobalts and push me over the line to that sweet sweet Titanium and the possibility to craft full Embersilk kit for my Mage.

dear diary: I went back into the maze and the spider seems to be gone. While this is a great relief, there's a new challenger approaching, without any intention of backing down. It's time for a dddduel!
I really should invest skill points in holy bolt. Just saying.

Yeah before nothing could hit back and now I have to take a breather between major actions… what, I have to use basic strategy in a game now?
dear diary: the maze lies empty besides our settlement but the sounds of fighting ring through the village. The new challenger is keeping us in check. We have to fight with each piece of clothing individually, just like a toddler learning how to dress (but way bloodier). Wish us luck!
