Good stats, good passive, good battlecry, good card.
Emperor Cobra is dead. Long live Primordial Explorer!
Statline is weak at this pricepoint (although poison can be a big deal ), but discovering a dragon is the real superstar here. In overall great value, bu only if dragon hunter is viable.
Cobra that draws a card, pretty spooky
A strictly better Emperor Cobra, that´s a dragon instead of a beast, and also has a powerful Discover effect. Can´t see this not being good. I thing these explorer cards are all good in their own way and will find their place in various types of decks. :)
If dragon hunter becomes a thing, then this will be a staple in nearly all of them. On its own its still a decent value card, with possible disruptive plays.
But hard to see anyone play this outside of dragon decks.
discovering a dragon is a lot better than just getting a random one via battlecry, the card does provide value, it is not a good tempo card though. i don't know which decks it would fit in yet but maybe just maybe there are some controlly hunter decks hidden in the set. good in arena though
I didn't think much of this card at first glance, but the poisonous can be pretty annoying to deal with for some decks. If nothing else, its super good in arena.
Stat line's pretty bad for a 3 drop, poisonous helps.
What makes this little dude real good is his battlecry, which helps with any dragon activators Hunter gets this set.
Also makes it a 3 mana that draws a card.
I really like this card. I almost exclusively have played Dragon Hunter since Witchwood (Hitting legend with it once & getting Rank 5 every time I play it on season reset) & this really helps it. During slower meta's, Carrion Drake has been an unsung MVP of most my matches, hoping this can do similar wonders in the early game.
Poisonous dragon hunter smells like they're trying to push some kind of control hunter. Maybe the idea is to finish the game with some kind of Emeriss and Hunting party, King Krush combo... might be fun

Excellent card, and glad it's not beast because this would be busted good if it were beast tribe and not dragon. Poisonous and battlecry without conditions? Sign me up for the value train.
Heh, cool but I don't know about it.
It may make the cut since there are so few 3 mana dragons available (Brightwing and Marsh Drake) and it even "draws" a card, but it's not a gamebreaking card for sure.
