How to pilot this deck

This operates much the same way many other Tempo Priest decks operate today - your goal is always to play a 1-drop into Power Word: Feast, and use the resulting tempo to snowball into a win.

Where this tilts a bit more aggressive than the other Tempo Priest lists I've seen is with the inclusion of Intrepid Initiate and Soulbound Ashtongue. The former is just a pretty solid 1-drop that can help you control the early game, but the latter is a major unlock for Brittlebone Destroyer and Flesh Giant. This is particularly effective if you can stick Apotheosis on one - I've had many cases where I've played Apotheosis on Soulbound Ashtongue and traded, resulting in a heal, followed by damage, followed by a heal - a full 3 mana decrease to the cost of Flesh Giant.

Notably, I've cut out common inclusions like Dragonmaw Overseer and the various dormant demons. I've been disappointed by Dragonmaw Overseer - he's very low impact the turn you play him, and he's been very easy for opponents to remove before he gets a second buff. For the dormant demons, I just think more immediately impactful 1-drops is stronger, since just about every build of the deck lacks  comebacks in the late game.

The first card I'd cut would be Mindflayer Kaahrj. It's a decent tempo play against other tempo decks, but is mostly there because I only had 29 cards I thought made sense in the deck.
