Become a Hero Power Master with Turtle Polka Even Mage. Abuse your 1 mana hero power to control the early game, Tortollan to lock down the mid game, then end by infinitely pinging your opponents face off.
Notes:
- The Cards you almost always keep in your opener are Argent Watchman, Manafeeder Panthera, Garrison Commander, Incanter's Flow and Polkelt himself.
- Reduce the cost of Potion of Illusion and Blizzard by 1 mana with Incanters Flow so that you can Polkelt Safely without messing up Tortollan.
- Consider keeping a couple early game minions like Ice Walker and Spirit of the Dragonhawk in hand for after you Polkelt so that your pings do more than 1 damage to 1 thing.
- You don't have access to Ice Block or Frost Nova naturally so you do have to rely at least a little on 1 mana Arcane Keysmith's and Ice Walker's off of Tortollan instead to keep you from dying to your opponents board. Play early with caution

Well the nerf has made this deck obsolete now. Too bad, I really liked Turtle Mage
Incanter's Flow is too low impact in this deck imo. I haven't tried this deck out yet, but consider replacing it with one of Shatter (to quickly kill a minion of the opponent's with tortolan), Primordial Glyph (for value), Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron (Oh fuck kill everything), Book of Specters (card draw), or Cone of Cold (kill your own Tortollans).
