Become a Hero Power Master with Turtle Polka Even Mage. Abuse your 1 mana hero power to control the early game, Tortollan to lock down the mid game, then end by infinitely pinging your opponents face off.

Notes:

• The Cards you almost always keep in your opener are Argent Watchman, Manafeeder Panthera, Garrison Commander, Incanter's Flow and Polkelt himself. 
• Reduce the cost of Potion of Illusion and Blizzard by 1 mana with Incanters Flow so that you can Polkelt Safely without messing up Tortollan.
• Consider keeping a couple early game minions like Ice Walker and Spirit of the Dragonhawk in hand for after you Polkelt so that your pings do more than 1 damage to 1 thing. 
• You don't have access to Ice Block or Frost Nova naturally so you do have to rely at least a little on 1 mana Arcane Keysmith's and Ice Walker's off of Tortollan instead to keep you from dying to your opponents board. Play early with caution
