Thinking of ways to make use of the new menagerie package Warrior got this expansion that breaks off from the classic Beast, Dragon, and Murloc menagerie trio introduced in Karazhan instead using Pirate, Dragon, and Mech, I had the idea to fit it into a Taunt Warrior deck which already runs some handbuffs with Into the Fray and Armagedillo so Ringmaster's Baton can make things even bigger.
I started theorycrafting the deck after the initial Warrior menagerie cards (Ringmaster Whatley, Ringmaster's Baton, and Tent Trasher) were revealed and it was a rather clunky idea trying to fit Pirates into the deck with so few weapons to reduce the cost of Dread Corsair and Sky Gen'ral Kragg being the only other Pirate with Taunt, but then the final card dump gave the deck some surprising additions being Sword Eater: another Pirate with Taunt that even equips a weapon to help that Dread Corsair synergy, and Circus Amalgam: a new Almalgam card with Taunt of all things.

Hey, so I had a similar idea and have opened most of the cards. Anyhow, had fun with it, but can you tell me what the Licensed Adventurers do for this deck? I’m thinking of dropping those for Brawl and Lord Barov. I like the menagerie thing, consider adding captain greenskin as well.
Mainly just to help fill out curve. I actually didn't open whatley or ringmasters baton so I can't try the deck for myself, so just mess around with it and try new things.
So...further updates from plat 5 to diamond 10 (I usually climb until diamond 5).
I think some removal and card draw wouldn’t be bad, experimenting with brawl now instead of the explorer.
Lack of board clear is a real problem. Just got murdered by OG N'Zoth/Res Priest.
Love this idea! I have a question about certain tribes though. Have you considered adding [Hearthstone Card (Felsoul Insquisitor) Not Found] as a demon and Tar Creeper as an elemental, and adding the new N'zoth as a top-end?
I think the new N'Zoth would be too slow and the Mech and Pirate it would rez would be pretty lackluster. I had thought about running Tar Creeper as another tribe to help get cheaper Tent Trashers, but opting for a cheaper pirate like Sky Raider and including Patches the Pirate would probably be the better option since getting a pirate down on T1 and a mech down on T2 enables a 3 mana Tent Trasher on curve if they stick. It would mean playing the quest off curve, or playing the cheap pirate T2 and then Target Dummy and Tent Trasher on T3 but I think you can get away with it. I would probably cut the Bloodsail Cultist and Licensed Adventurers first to make room.
