Infinite Nazmani

After patiently waiting for the fix. It is clear now.

This deck is waiting to be nerfed!

Okay, here is what you want to do.

Play Sethekk Veilweaver and Nazmani Bloodweaver.

These are your Engine Cards.

Copy them with Gift of Luminance or Psyche Split.

You can also use Grave Rune and Embalming Ritual to make your board more sticky.

These are your Engine Setup Cards.

Having at least 2 copies Sethekk Veilweaver and 2-3 copies of Nazmani Bloodweaver on board is ideal.

Wandmaker, Cobalt Spellkin, and Banana Vendor are used to fuel your engine.

They a bunch of 1-cost spells that will help discount your cards in hand and possibly generate more spells.

These are your Fuel Cards.

Palm Reading is also excellent as you can turn all of these spells into 0-cost spells and will just allow you to discount 7+ costs cards down to zero in a single turn.

Draconic Studies can help you find more copies of Cobalt Spellkin or a big dragon and watch its cost go down. Think Murozond the Infinite, Ysera, Alexstrasza, the list goes on.

Cleric of Scales synergizes well with Draconic Studies and Cobalt Spellkin. It will allow you to find your copy spells or board sustainability spells more consistently.

Lastly, Raise Dead is your best utility card. You can use it in case your opponent manages to answer all  copies of your Sethekk Veilweaver and Nazmani Bloodweaver. You can also use Raise Dead to get back some more fuel cards.
