Here is my take on Tickatus Warlock.

First of all this deck only runs 2 minions.

This allows us to fetch Tickatus always with The Dark Portal. Yes, always. Because if you play The Dark Portal on turn 4 and you get Archmage Vargoth for 0-cost. No problem, just play Archmage Vargoth and we will cast The Dark Portal again, putting Tickatus in to your hand for 1-mana.

1-mana Tickatus is the real reason why we play this.

Turn 5, we can corrupt Tickatus but more importantly make more copies with Felosophy.

It is not necessary to get the outcast bonus but it would be a plus.

Keep in mind that if Archmage Vargoth is still on board, consider casting only [Hearthstone Card (Feloshophy) Not Found] during your turn it as Archmage Vargoth will cast a copy of Felosophy and getting an extra copy of Tickatus.

Besides corrupting three 1-cost Tickatus is still easier than corrupting one 6-cost Tickatus.

Turn 6, you can traumatize your opponent by milling 15 cards. After this you basically have three win conditions.

First one being, wait for your opponent to concede.

Second, is continue to play control which means answer whatever is left in his hand or deck if there is still any, and let fatigue do its thing.

Third, just remember that you did just play three 8/8 for 3-mana and you can always slap your opponent for 24 next turn.
