Make Shaman great again (with elementals)

An aggro shaman shell is promising with the release of Wailing Vapor and with the inclusion of Primal Dungeoneer we can include some burn damage spells to focus on an aggro gameplan.

Mulligan: Wailing Vapor, Kindling Elemental and Cagematch Custodian. Arid Stormer is also a good keep if you have it with Kindling Elemental. 

If you're facing druid, it's probably token druid, so keep Landslide in case of a Gibberling attack.

If you're up against more control decks like Priest and Warlock, keep Primal Dungeoneer.
