Do the twist

Turns 2 and 3, tap; turn 4, you want to drop Voidcaller or use Hellfire against a full board.  Turn 5, skull if you have demons in hand and the tempo loss isn’t gonna get you dead.  Otherwise, Augmented Elekk + Plot Twist is super powerful, especially with the second Twist in hand.  Avoid if mostly removal; you want to shuffle in copies of big boys, not spells. A turn 6 tempo Dr. Morrigan is an ok play; by this point, there’s probably removal in your hand that fits the guys on board, so use it! Turn 7 is the earliest for board flood twist shenanigans with Dollmaster Dorian.
