Time for some ol' fashioned questline control priest! Priest gained a lot of good tools in the newest expansion, and is facing a favorable meta for questline priest to make a revival.

Gameplan

The gameplan of this deck changes substantially based on the deck you're facing. Against many aggro and midrange decks, your gameplan is mainly to survive. The questline steps are nice to keep your hand full, but are not a priority. Against combo decks, you want to either disrupt their combo or destroy them with tempo. Stick a big minion and discover Bless to smack them in the face, for instance. Against other control decks, the questline will allow you to win. Don't forget that you can tutor the Purified Shard with Spirit Guide or Thrive in the Shadows.

Card substitutions

There are a lot of different ways to build this deck, this is the build I came up with. A lot of cards are flexible and meta dependent, like Shard of the Naaru, Rustrot Viper and Mutanus. Other possible cards that might be worth including are:

- Gift of the Naaru

- Wandmaker

- Condemn (Rank 1)

- The Nameless One

- Xyrella

- Shadow Hunter Vol'jin

- Silas Darkmoon

- Mo'arg Forgefiend

These are all just very meta dependent. The deck is very flexible in its build, so feel free to swap out cards you feel get stuck in your hand too much.

Mulligan

Keep 2/3/4 cost cards to complete the first step of the quest. Know your match-ups, against a lot of decks you want to keep Holy Smite or Devouring Plague to wreck Irondeep Troggs.
