Simple mulligan:

Sleetbreaker (always)

Bloom + Wildpaw Caverns (only together unless you are on coin/have a good curve already and can keep caverns) 

Snowfall Guardian (vs any minion based matchup e.g shaman, rogue, paladin etc)

Cult Neophyte (against mage/Druid)

multicaster (only if you have an arcane/freeze/nature spell heavy hand at least 2)
