This deck tries to summon Highkeeper Ra by playing 7x Mogu Cultist.

1. increase counter of Togwaggle's Scheme to 3-6
2. play [Hearthstone Card (Taz Nozwhisker) Not Found], Mogu Cultist and Togwaggle's Scheme (with enough space in hand
3. draw Mogu Cultists until you have 7, play 7x Mogu Cultist
4. play Drakkari Enchanter to trigger the effect of Highkeeper Ra twice
5. profit

Because of [Hearthstone Card (Taz Nozwhisker) Not Found], you don't need to have space for 7x Mogu Cultist, you can draw them gradually. Emperor Thaurissan, Faceless Manipulator and [Hearthstone Card (Heistbaron Toggwaggle) Not Found] in combination with EVIL Miscreant allow for spectacular combo acceleration and multiple copies of Highkeeper Ra. This and the fact that it is only a 10 Mana combo results in the combo being very flexible.
