Small Spell Mage

Get value from small spells from minions.
Use Sorcerer's Apprentice + Elemental Evocation + Mana Cyclone + many small spells for value.
Also with Azerite Elemental + Elemental Evocation at turn 3 seems pretty good
Will focus on tempo a lot.
