The return of N'Zoth, the Corruptor gives Quest Warlock a way to really shine in the late-game. You can get multiple N'Zoth, the Corruptor via Plot Twist + Augmented Elekk or Expired Merchant + Mortal Coil. The massive boards that you can generate over and over again make this incredibly appealing to me. Returning cards like Sylvanas Windrunner and Ragnaros the Firelord are huge boosts to your Plot Twist power turns. Hopefully you enjoy the patch and win some games!

I have everything but Betrug - how necessary is he in this deck? Obviously he’d be good but does not having him break the deck? If not what is a good replacement?

Not deck-breaking by any means. I would honestly just put in another anti-aggro card like MC Tech or some sort of removal
